Are you a total guitar newbie? If you have never played before, and are a lefty, learn to play as a righty. That way you have a lot more power in your fingering hand.

A decent entry level guitar that is inexpensive is a fender squire. You can get them with single coil and humbuckers, so you have a wide range of sound and they are easy to learn on.

It is a good idea to go out and try different ones. Comfort is important. Remember, you can always change your sound with pick-ups, amps etc. But a guitar should feel right, finished neck or unfinished neck? Strat style or Les Paul style? Etc. Some players are very picky. Some are not. Only you know you.

Judging from the HUGE stock of tins and individuals at my local Best Buy, I'll have to say, "no". If they are supposed to be off the shelves after December 31st, you can bet there will be some amazing after Christmas sales!

Isn't that the point of horror movies? To have fun? I think if you over analyze them, it takes the fun out of it. I guess it's the same with all movies though.

On an other note, Cigarette Burns is pretty good. Reminds me of the 'old style' Carpenter. It's not his best work, but does have good 'shock value'. Worth seeing.

It is funny how it became a slasher flick, seeing as there is next to no blood in it. I always thought of it as a monster movie. Michael Myers is not human, but a deranged killing monster.

The symptoms sound like depression. (I suffer from it) Don't rule it out. It is easy to mistake it for something else. Could be extreme anxiety or both. PM me if you want to.

i would recommend something vintage. look for a used marantz. one with a wooden body. u can still get parts for them as well.

As of now I am totally giving him the benefit of the doubt. On the official site it was also started that this is the first and only time the OOT will be released on DVD. Now again, LF is totally unreliable.
