I’ve always been confused about why the conehead guy in the PT got so many lines. He’s the only non-main character jedi to even get a single spoken line. Why him?

I was watching Star Wars Revisited with my six year old son, and when the new dewbacks showed up (the “Look, sir! Droids!” scene) my son immediately said “cartoon Stormtroopers!”
Bahaha! The worst is the one that dismounts a dewback right before we first meet Han.

Of what? All the attention seems to be on a dewback that won’t stop braying. By the time the scene ends most people won’t have noticed those stormtroopers questioning that one dude.
(this is not a knock against Revisited, by the way. The new tie fighter sequence got a big “whoop!” from my son.)

A few months ago, Caddicarus released an episode of “Caddy’s Film Fridays” in which his girlfriend’s daughters answered questions about Star Wars. Unfortunately I’m convinced they were exposed to the Special Edition, and that makes me sad. 😦 Caddy even refers to the film as “Star Wars Episode IV: A New Hope”! Mind you… it’s not like he had a choice, did he?..
