I was referring more to biblical-literalists, but I guess Duracell didn’t specify which religion.

Either way, there is a huge difference between creationists and Islamic terrorists and that is that one of them is not killing people by the thousands. Not believing in evolution is also not the same as denying the holocaust. Moon landing maybe, but either way it has no effect on you whatsoever.

I think that both of those should be preserved. Just because you aren’t going to watch them doesn’t mean they shouldn’t be preserved. Boobs aside, Knick Knack should be made available in it’s original version.

I can at least understand those, I guess they’re important to somebody, but frustration at that “bleep” noise being removed from TFA (if that’s even true) is just insane!

Was there any frustration? I just thought he wanted to learn more about it and preserve it if possible.

So, any kids film that includes a scene (or scenes) with women in bikinis is just fine by everyone, but a CG animated short for kids isn’t allowed to have some shots of animated women with unrealistically proportioned boobs? Because our children need to be protected from such inappropriate imagery!
I can see some logic behind the change, but I honestly don’t think it was necessary. Also, I’m not entirely sure why, but the reanimated version looks weird to my eyes. Maybe the exaggerated proportions just fit the animation style more.
