I only know him from the Lando miniseries, but he’s one of the more interesting Sith Lords to come from the EU, old or new.

He’s in a bunch of comics. He’s a Sith Lord who refused to take on an Apprentice and was fascinated by the “art” of mutilating animals and people screaming in fear. He lived on in a mask that could possess people.

Although I’ve found most the new comics to range from pretty decent to just plain dull (though I stopped reading just over a year ago), the Darth Vader series by Charles Soule was fantastic. IMO one of the best SW thing ever made.
Novel-wise, I think the first of the new Thrawn books was great, though the sequels were quite dull (plots just felt unimportant and padded). And I really enjoyed Dark Disciple, though that’s a bit of a cheat as its a novelization of unused TCW scripts.
