Having seen the finale, I’d say it’s safe to cut out all the flashbacks now.

Glad to help. I cannot speak for your actual editing of the episodes yes since I haven’t watched them yet.
I do still think it would work better if you put the episode title at the beginning to smooth out the audio

I asked an editing friend and he also said you need to smooth out the music transitions so it fades out better.

Looks good, but one small quibble, the change of music between your intro and the episode is a bit abrupt, I think that could be fixed if you put the episode title at beginning rather than the end, I think that would work best.

I have perused the rebels soundtrack and this track has some nice beats for the opening

it’s an improvement but I still think you need to remove the ear sore that is the rebels music when the logo pops out, much like Eddie did with his series.
How about trying to use the same music as he did and see do it works? I like how he times the epic music perfectly for when the clone wars logo pops and it gives me chills

Could you just upload the end and post credits as different samples to see how they work, it would be quicker that reuploading the episodes again.

Nice work so far, but I’d say you need a bit more text in the opening. I’ll think about something and respond again later.
I think that it should then directly open to the Rebels logo should come directly after that, without the annoying music that accompanies it.
Also your text is too large for both credits.
I also think the ending music should be changed to something more rebels specific like with Eddie did with his series.

What if I cut the flashback in two? Have the first half from Cassian’s perspective than have the other half later in the episode from Marva’s perspective?

Both scenes could play out as such:

Reinstate the scene of B2EMO showing up to Cassian’s ship when he’s a sleep and he begins to dream about the flashback -> flashback scene plays out up to when Cassian is looking to enter the crashed ship

Reinstate the scene of Marva looking at Cassian’s bedroom and she begins to think about the past when she’s holding Cassian’s spear -> play out the rest of the flashback when Marva enters the crashed ship and takes Cassian

If I did it this way, I could start the show the way it did originally with Cassian on Morlana One. It also breaks up the flashback so it doesn’t overstay it’s welcome.

Breaking it up is probably good if it’s a flashback since it detracts a lot from the main story at this point.
