Fishmanlee has already mastered this.
It's called talent.

Darrell Kaiser said:Everyone said the unaltered trilogy wasn't coming out on DVD. We got 'em.
Right. That shitty LD transfer sure showed Lucas who was boss didn't it? Lame weak argument.
The OT will never be released onto Blu-Ray. Sorry.
Ripplin is known for useless posts but this one takes the cake.
balsho said:I can't download this beast. No one has more of a review of the picture quality VS the previous avchd or the the 12gig version?
If you can't download it then what do you care? What difference would it make?

I may not be getting the joke but look here.
Murry Sparkles said:Hi, does anyone have Adywans set of colour corrected avchd HD SE cuts on dvd ?, im trying to find a copy of them, can anyone help me without me having to download them? .
You're not even in the right thread. Try making that little effort at least and see what happens.

ChainsawAsh said:The NTSC DVD-9 is up on Mininova, and a DVD-5 is as well, though I can't tell if it's NTSC or PAL. There's also quite a few different AVI/MP4 versions up.
I don't think there's a PAL version online anywhere, really.

Janskeet said:I beleive Windows XP only recognizes up to 3 GB of RAM but Vista recognizes a lot more I'm sure. I'm thinking of building a new computer like a year down the road so by then 8GB might be the standard when 2-4 GB is right now. As for re-encoding at a lower bitrate, that is beyond me. I don't know how to do that. I don't expect you to tell me either if you don't want to, I can look that up on google.
Wrong.
32 bit XP and 32 bit Vista will still only see >4GB of memory. To use more than that you'll have to go to a 64 bit version of either OS.
Gillean said:I was actually considering posting a tutorial exactly on this topic earlier this week, so apparently there is interest. I'll have to think more about it.
As you can probably tell a tutorial is needed pretty badly. So yes it would be appreciated.
How exactly?

though seeing A-M's poster i feel dwarfed
i am open for critisism (I know about the matte lines)If you would ACTUALLY like to get better I can give you tutorials of sorts. Otherwise just stop posting paint manips cause people are getting annoyed and you're just losing credibility.
I'd like to be included in any tuts too....maybe cc my profile when you send Fish something? Only if you wanted..
I for one am looking foward to WG's ROTJ. That film needs some serious color correcting....blue stars...eek!

Second, this is one of the few problems I had with ANH:R - Ady should have just gotten rid of the two added SE shots. I don't mind the CG alterations to the shot that was there in 1977, I just think the two extra ones add nothing to the scene and drag it out unnecessarily.
I thought the same thing too, I might remove the first two added SE shots.
You are the world's biggest douche. I hope that Adywan will report you and maybe, just maybe m0thr will ban your worthless ass once and for all.

Reminds me of another asshat that liked to use MS paint....of course he was better at it than you...
adywan said:well the first thing i will be building is the Wampa. I want to get that out of the way so i can use the space for the model and set building. doing all this is going to be a bit of a tight squeeze in a 1 bedroom flat. i've almost got the mechanical design for the wampa nailed now so i will start the facial sculpture in a couple of days. pics and/or video blog will follow shortly after
It sounds like you might need Kim and Aggie... :)
ben_danger said:you should name it too. snowball is my favourite.
I was thinkin maybe "Susan" or "Boyle"?
My stupid ISP is jerkin me around and has really slammed my speed....(grrrr) I wish I could download this by tonight and see it but its going to take until tomorrow night for me....
So ADYWAN any updates on YOUR project?
fishmanlee said:i dont think even he knows hence the "fatness" of the blades in ANH:R though i could be wrong
You, of course are completely wrong. Have a look in the mirror.
Why in the name of all that's sane are you guys still talking to Janskeet and taking the time to answer his ridiculous questions? Stop feeding the troll please.

WookieGroomer, your work has always been tops...
I haven't seen this yet but why are you anticipating flaming? I hope all is well and that you didn't get pissed and say f it...
Anyway thank you for sharing. And thank you for your extra help way back when as well.
Thank you for the update Max_Rebo. It seems that there is a core group of very talented people here at OT.com, of which you are one.
Thank you for your time spent making these as best as they can be.
When SW EP IV SE came out in the theaters I took my first born son, then 3 and a half yrs old, and my wife, who pregnant with our second son. It was thrilling to Star Wars again in a theater setting after twenty years of waiting.
