We must always remember that Jedi, despite their importance in the power-structure of Coruscant, are very rare in the galaxy.
What on earth was going on with the spaceship movements? That was awful
For the end credits, I have a suggestion.
On Disney+, after the main credits finish, there’s this sequence of additional credits (for the voices of the international dubs) without music, and with simple text. Why not take that concept and utilize that for the people that helped you out with Revisited?
(The reason I asked is, I wanted to see if it was possible to keep the original theatrical pacing of the end credits, without putting in additional music or repeated segments, while at the same time still being able to put the names of the supporters and additional help)
I think this is a very good idea
I wouldn’t be surprised if The Path is one of the many components that become a part of the Rebellion, once that gets formed, but that’s years away at this point.
They’re clearly saving Reva’s backstory for a later confrontation with Kenobi.
The kid playing Leia did a great job in this episode.
The change of heart about helping Ben was a little too quick, but Wade’s death was not about the audience caring about Wade as a character (we don’t, and that’s fine), it was about his death’s effect on the characters, some of whom are now seeing just how much their personal involvement in the Path can cost, others feeling unworthy of having had someone give up their life to save them.
Vader’s confrontation with Reva, at least in the closeups, was definitely Hayden in the suit. Something about the body language was very PT-Ani.
- With 3 episodes left, it’s very unlikely this will be the last time Vader & Ben faceoff. The last time they meet in this show, Ben will have regained his old confidence & skill (probably due to a visit from Qui-Gon), and he will be the master in this duel.
Sounds probable yeah and given what we have seen so far in reflection of Yoda’s ROTS assignment it could add up.
I’d be more skeptical of the idea except that they’ve repeatedly had Ben pray to QG (Qui-Gon, natch), so they’re either building up to Neeson or… some random Jedi is going to help him reconnect with the Force despite his inability to connect with QG, because he just needs to realize that the power to connect with the Force is already inside him and he doesn’t need his old mentor to solve his problems for him. That’s also possible.
I’ve finally caught up to the latest episode, so here are my thoughts:
Even though the PT CG has plenty of issues, it’s not the reason the prequels are bad movies.
Or provide a wave file of a M & E (Music and Effects) audio track, so that members can prepare foreign language audio-mixes to your edits.
It could at least be a lossless compressed format (FLAC) to save on online storage size
But this is impossible, as it would first require that Ady has an M&E track of the movie which…no one does outside Lucasfilm?
Since the lengths of Ady’s SW fan-edits are different from the final-theatrical lengths of the films, custom audio-mixes would have been created to conform with the lengths of Ady edits. There are audio-files of the unique sound-effects from the SW franchise that have been collected and stored by the fans and other fans have used these audio files to make custom edits of their favorite SW films. This was the case for these Ady SW fan-edits.
So preparing a Music and Effects audio file–with the English dialogue removed–from these custom audio mixes is possible. It’s just a matter of Ady wanting to do one and share them.
Obviously Ady’s going to have to be the final word on this, but I do not think that’s the case. I’m pretty sure he was using some version of the theatrical audio (Harry Hen’s 5.1 remaster?) for the base, and then making edits along the way. A full creation of an M&E track for even one film is probably impossible; I doubt that all sound effects used at all points in the film have been made available elsewhere, to say nothing of foley work, unreleased bits of music, etc.
I thought about this more, and it is a great idea for a fan project which you (alexp120) should attempt.

Okay, I’ve only watched the first episode, but I thought Ingram was pretty good 🤷🏻♂️
It would have been nice to save the lightning for the end of ROTJ, in as much as it makes Palpatine’s attack on Luke all the more crazy and horrific if you’ve never seen it used before. It would have been far better, IMHO, if Palpatine had never been involved in any combat at all until ROTJ.
One thing that is very frustrating about some of George’s changes to the movies is how they are made in isolation, without concern for continuity between shots. For example, I get why he wanted Jabba’s palace door to look bigger, so that it’s more grand-looking, but he didn’t account for the interior shots where R2 and 3PO enter the palace. For the uninitiated, it would look like either the door suddenly got smaller, or the characters suddenly got bigger. Thankfully, Adywan is keeping the original shot.
Of course in this case it’s JJ’s change, not George’s
I mean, the TFA-bunk precedent in ESB:R does suggest it
There are, of course, too many to name
STAR WARS
THE EMPIRE STRIKES BACK
RETURN OF THE JEDI
THE PHANTOM MENACE
ATTACK OF THE CLONES
REVENGE OF THE SITH
THE FORCE AWAKENS
THE LAST JEDI
The other soundtracks I have barely heard, if it all, so I can not comment on those. I am sure they have some good stuff.
Adult Clint Howard, in his Trek costume. Perfect.
Given that this is their final season, let’s hope they pull off the sort of swan song they never got, something akin in feel to The Undiscovered Country.
They had their perfect send off in All Good Things. The movies that followed and the Picard series in particular highlight the truth in the saying you can never go home again.
I feel sorry for the fans who held off watching the new series but will now start doing so in anticipation for season 3. As the first season is one of the most cynical, cold and cruel things I’ve ever watched. I’d never been personally offended by a television series before this. And the second season isn’t much better. What they’ve done to Gene Roddenberry’s vision is unforgivable.
I have not seen any new Trek since Star Trek Beyond, but I have enjoyed reading the plot summaries of Picard Season 2 (Season 1 sounded too convoluted IMHO, but, again, hard to judge without actually watching it) - it sounds like a fairly plausible Q Episode, maybe a two-parter, stretched to season-length. Q does something stupid to mess with Picard and test him in some way, but this time there’s time-travel involved as well, and a look at what is essentially the Mirror Universe (but not, for canon-reasons). Sure, why not.
You make a good point about All Good Things, though. That is, indeed, the perfect series finale.
When Snoke is cut in half, Clint Howard scurries out.
Like… Child-actor-in-that-one-episode-of-Star-Trek Clint Howard, or are you imagining small-role-in-his-brother’s-movie-adult Clint Howard?
We should also remember that people really did see Star Wars over and over and over, even if they weren’t taking notes for a costume. That’s how amazing it was, and that’s why it was in theatres for months and months, got re-released, etc.
I wasn’t expecting this. Not all at once. But am glad it is happening 😃

Wow, that really gives me some hope for the all the B/W stuff from ROTJ
Thanks for all the kind words.
If anyone has any ideas on what kind of infographic or chart would best represent rearranging a timeline, I’m all ears.
Looking good. It would be interesting to see this as an extended grindhouse, seeing how rough is some of the footage. It’d make up for a very charming experience.
So that the final effect is not so jarring, might be good to use some version of 4K80 as the base print once that’s released
