Suicide Squad.

My dad is a huge DC fan and rented it on DVD. I don’t know why I sat through it. Also, did the Joker seem entirely irrelevant to the plot and only there because Harley was in it?

Not only was he irrelevant to the plot, but he was the worst thing in that movie, and it was full of bad things. He wasn’t remotely threatening, he was annoying. He wasn’t The Joker, he was a stoner with a cold.

Wish I had the guts to even come out to myself as bi or gay or whatever the hell I am, instead of clinging to bitterness, denial, and self-pity.

But enough of my whining, adultswim.com is streaming all the old Samurai Jack episodes before the premiere of the revival tonight!

That’s tonight? Holy heck, I didn’t realize that. Is it airing on the same block as the reruns were?

10:00 pm CT

I can totally relate to your clinging to bitter emotions. It’s not an easy road, and sometimes doubt still likes to creep into the back of my head. However, if you can get access to someone you can talk to, I highly recommend it. Simply being able to get it off your chest is a big first step.

I have a few friends that know, and I talk to them sometimes, though most of them are entirely unhelpful (not all of them).

EDIT: That sounds too critical of them. They are my friends, and I shouldn’t expect them to fix my problems.

This comic sounds interesting, but what the hell? They’re just going to call it “Darth Vader” and make the first issue number 1 like they haven’t already done that exact thing?

Welcome to modern Big Two comics, enjoy your stay.

^No weaker than losing his previous fight against Rey made him look.

No, because there were multiple reasons for why he lost. If someone in 2017 isn’t willing to do some research (or better yet pay attention to the film) then that’s their problem. Not Kylo’s, not JJ’s and not Disney’s.

Which is my point. I’m not saying Kylo is weak, I’m saying that him being killed would weaken him as little as the previous fight. He lost the fight, and rightfully so. Losing to a fully trained Rey when he doesn’t even want to fight anymore wouldn’t weaken him at all.

Does that make sense? It makes sense in my head but I had trouble thinking how best to type it all out.
