Spider-Man: Into the SpiderVerse (2018)
Neat.
Spider-Man: Into the SpiderVerse (2018)
Neat.
Yeah, but it’s from the company that gave us Minions, so none of that matters.
And yet here we are in a world where Illumination is developing a Super Mario Bros. movie.
^Yeah, my brother and I had a good laugh when we saw that trailer before Justice League. Unfortunately, we still saw Justice League.
Annihilation and Quiet Place look interesting. I was clicking through some of those other ones since I don’t know about many, and holy crap the big CG eyes on Alita or whatever look terrifying.
BR 2049 was excellent. Guardians and Thor were both pretty all right, the former being my favorite MCU movie. I’ve heard bad things about Valerian and the City of a Thousand Planets, but I plan on renting it anyway.
Is it possible for something to be aggressively mediocre? *glares at new Jurassic World 2 trailer*
I really need to read that. I’ve seen the animated movie, and loved it, so I can only imagine how much better the comic is.
I’ve decided to return to rating movies on a number scale, as pointless as it actually is. I’m not even sure why I’m doing it, I just think it’s kinda fun I guess. For example:
John Wick (2014)
John Wick: Chapter 2 (2017)Yes to both.
These both now get 3.5/5 from me.
I was on local TV recently (not in California, ofc) at my high school’s “senior night” football game where I stepped out of the line of seniors on the field to be in view of the news camera positioned just behind us.
When you see a Southern California resident being interviewed on tv about the fires in their neighborhood, they’re wearing a vintage ROTJ shirt, and you wonder if they are an OT forum member.
“Could be.”
Looks like the Walmart exclusive North American cover.
*googles “How to get pizza delivered from another country”*
*googles “30 minutes or it’s free”*
O okay.
On a similar topic, I discovered this whilst Googling around a bit and… methinks you’re right.

Recently? Didn’t the last Grinch movie come out about 15 years ago? I wouldn’t know how buffoonish it is, as I haven’t seen it and don’t plan to, but I’ll take your word for it.
John Wick (2014)
John Wick: Chapter 2 (2017)
Yes to both.
I didn’t count the Scorpion King cuz I’d heard he wasn’t finished when the studio rushed the film to theaters. I just did some research on it now, and I can’t find a clear-cut answer, though that one is tossed around here and there.
Anything else you don’t count that we should be aware of?
Just watched that clip on YouTube. First time I watched a scene from any of these shitty movies. Cavill plays a great Superboy Prime.
Wait, is that seriously Cavill from Justice League?
I haven’t seen it yet, but heard about the mustache removal stuff. I didn’t think it was that bad…he’s unrecognizable…
I saw it in the theater (with a group and my ticket was paid for, mind you, I wouldn’t have gone to that mediocre-at-best flick otherwise). Yes, it really is that bad. Especially when his mouth is actually moving.

aaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaq
I call him “yuh-wicks.”
What’s wrong with the official release of ALIEN?
If I had to guess, the problem is that is isn’t 4K. Unless there’s a 4K release idk about.
Emperor Star Wars
Grand Admiral The Empire Strikes Back
Grand Moff Return of the Jedi
Admiral The Force Awakens
Commander Rogue One
Private *The Phantom Menace
Civilians Revenge of the Sith and Attack of the Clones
