@The 2 folks above this, PM sent. Wowsers this is popular these days…
Yes! I love this! Please, send me a PM with info. Much appreciated. Can I donate anything?

I have talked with Harmy and my D+77 and D+80 projects are going to be the basis for Despecialized v3.0.
These projects are mostly theatrical already so this saves him a lot of time.
This will be a collaboration effort between us.
My existing projects are 100% 4K sourced.
What about ROTJ?
This project is amazing, would love to see this if I can. Thanks!

seeing Harmy and oohteedee come together to create the ultimate de-specialized edition would be pretty cool, if they wanted to pool their resources together.
Who’s oohteedee? Links please?
The second and third links are of his projects:
I’m 100% hyped for 3.0 but I’d rather wait for a perfected product. Maybe somebody on The Star Wars Trilogy Forums could be of assistance - I’ve seen some impressive reconstruction work using the 4K BDs, including HDR tonemapping like you mentioned.
+1
Hi Everyone, I am very excited to find this site and this thread. My 13 year old son is taking music history and learning about Mozart. His teacher assigned Amadeus for him to watch, but it is the Director’s Cut, and I have read things about it that I do not want my 13 year old to see. I would love to get a link to the original.
Thank you so much!!

And professional versions of 7 will probably be supported for years. I was surprised to see my dentist still uses XP in their office. It’s the pro version. It’s us poor consumers who get these upgrades pushed on us.
Look’s like you didn’t read the OP.
“I was unaware that Win 7 Pro was still being updated.”
It’s not. End of support for all versions of Windows 7 was in January.

tsMuxeR_1.10.6 will definitely work.
22.3 GB’s MKV should definitely fit on a BD25. There is another option, though, of removing one of the audio tracks.
I’d love a copy of this. Please send me a link.
Thanks in advance.

Would you mind shooting me a download link? I would love to watch this with my dad.

Stuck in quarantine, would love to see the original version of one of my favorite movies!

I would love to see the theatrical version instead of the directors cut I already own. I would appreciate a link very much.
Check your PM’s!
I’ve been trying to find the theatrical release for some time, but seems they’ve all evaporated 😦 Was so excited to see this project is a thing & thanks so much for the huge effort this must have been! Would it still be possible to get a link? 😃
PM sent! 😃
Could I get a copy of this too, please? Preferably the NTSC version.
If anyone could drop me a line regarding a link, I would really appreciate it!

If you aren’t familiar with his work, Clark Zuckerberg has already done this.
His edit ended up at 3 hr and 27 min.
Google his name and check out his website.
You can look at his “movie” and see what he has done / what you could further cut to shorten to your desired length.
Edit: And from your options, I like “Pursuit of the Asset”. 😃
For some reason his name didn’t bring up the website. ‘clark zuckerberg star wars’ did work though.
Weird seeing that many people have no problem distributing Prequel deleted scenes for free. Not to mention all the times people have asked for BluRay exclusives from other films.
Besides, I already own a legitimatly purchased copy of Solo as well as an iTunes purchased digital copy.
Then why don’t you rip the scenes from your blu ray. MakeMKV does the trick.
Can anyone here, (including you DigMod) hook me up with the BluRay quality Solo deleted scenes?
That would be greatly appreciated, thanks!
Ummmmm… You shouldn’t be asking for those. You should purchase the blu ray.
You’re mistaken, it’s available here. Check your PM’s for the link.
Thanks for the help and kind correction!
Hello. I would also please love a link to the full theatrical release. Thank you so much!
Check your PM’s for the link!
These new 4K HDR discs are the best I’ve seen these movies look and sound by several orders of magnitude.
I eagerly await the next Harmy Despecialized! The D+77 and D+80 releases are quite great if you don’t mind less than 100% despecialization (some recomped shots, etc).
Where can I find more information on these releases (D+77, D+80)?
Create an account on forums.thestarwarstrilogy.com. The D+77 and D+80 releases are there, along with several other projects.
Yeah, I’ve created two accounts there but I’ve never gotten my account approved by an admin so I can browse the forums. 😦
Wait a second… Can’t you just use your originaltrilogy.com login? I’m pretty sure that’s what I’ve been using. Haven’t logged out in a while so…
As I recall I learned that here, that you don’t need to create one just use your OT.com one…
