just wanted to thanks those reponsible for creating Return of the Ewok, thanks ocpmovie.

It was a great little film fun and heartwarming, a nice family movie.

how come you did'nt use the higher quality footage of fett chasing wicket from the official trilogy release.

I know you used it for the menu.

I love the auditions remix great disc, got the weird al song stuck in my head now

I got it from him and it does'nt work on my dvd player.

For example the copy of deleted magic ocpmovie sent me before had encode errors on it,

but the one rikter sent me worked fine for the same movie.

all his other releases have worked fine, Auditions, special editiion hype, return of the ewok, and star wars classic edition.

Not sure if it is the sticker picture labels that make it hard for my dvd player to read the disc?

we will not know the status of the saga 6 film boxset until the format wars between HD-DVD and blu ray die down a bit.

Who can guess which format would suit lucas needs better, or which he would personally get behind?

I bet millions of people bought the dvd thinking they were the originals since it was stated nowhere on the dvd's that they were the special editions, albeit with more changes. George Lucas advertising them as the original star wars trilogy is a pig in a poke. Anybody who bought them should return them and demand they get their money back.

I was so mad after I bought mine and opened them I could not return them to best buy, I did'nt want to make a scene and get arrested so I got three good beer coasters.

Even with the changes there are mistakes in the soundtrack on star wars, regardless of what lfl says, the colorization is all wrong and too saturated, and the sabers are fu**ed up.

The mattes on the spaceships have not been fixed and even are more niticeable after lowry cleaned them up, the most glaring and it ruins the movie is the gunport sequence with the tie fighters in a new hope.

There is even a scene where part of the frames are messed up in the speeder bike scene in jedi.

the effects for the first 2 spider man films were amazing. and who did the effects? the one and only John Dykstra who did the effects for star wars in 77, and was summarily fired by lucas before empire or jedi. The new motion control that was able to make it look like spider man could climb and fly on his webs came from him, new digital camera and cgi work.

Anyone who want's to read about the making of either film pick up the books by Mark Cotta Vaz, who also wrote the best of the lucasfilm archives.
