Fifa 08 and Project Gotham Racing are now the best games you have to buy

Well, at least now we know Scout trooper isn't serious and that he has just been taking a piss on us this whole time. That was a pretty funny post. I almost craped myself laughing when I read that Fifa 08 and Project Gotham Racing were the best games around. So, Scout trooper, now that your out of the closet, what kind of games do you really like?

ha ha you're probably a fat middle aged man in your thirties who spent money on a console and games aimed for kiddies, sad wanker.

This movie looks great as if it is going to be amazing. The Director usually casts some of my favorite actors of today in his movies. It won't open up anywhere around me so I guess I'm going to have to torrent it. His movie's are usually about family which is something I'm not fond of so you can see where I'm coming from. It's the kind of movie thats just good for you.

Not exactly. The streaming service was there last season even with the episodes available on iTunes. I know they had a disagreement with Apple about how much the episodes should be and probably who gets how much of the money. The episodes are available on Amazon now though for only $1.99 each (same as iTunes if I'm not mistaken). The difference now is that you don't need an iPod (or iTunes) to watch them and NBC is probably getting a larger take.

Personally, I'd rather have it this way then have to buy it through Apple. The iPod is an overpriced, over restrictive mp3 player.

If this deal with Amazon works out, Apple better watch out. The networks are in the business of distributing shows. They won't continue to use Apple if they can get a larger cut by going elsewhere.

I agree with you about the Ipod. Amazon might out sell Itunes soon since there music cheaper and with no DRM.

"Lucas can't find home for Star Wars spin-off"

Yeah Sean, they watched the pilot, said it wouldn't fly as is, then after they redid it they took it. But that is the point, they didn't like the pilot and so they said that they would take it with some changes, which was easy enough to do since only one episode had been made. With this silly SW cartoon thing, there are already 50 made, with another 50 being cooked up. That means rather than a "Let's see how this thing is and we'll go from there" sort of thing, it is a commitment to buy the entire 100 episode run. If you consider that most shows have about 24 episodes or so in a season, this is the equivelent to 4 whole seasons before it has even hit the airwaves.

So in the case of this show, it would have to be after the 100th episode before they could give them a second chance and make a new pilot with the cast we might all come to know and love.

Who the fuck makes 50 episodes of a show before it makes the airwaves? Sounds stupid to me.

I think the reason the networks aren't terribly interested in this series are multiple:

1.) Commitment. Normarlly a network buys a (single) pilot episode, focus groups the hell out of it and goes back to the production company with results, which lead to changes in format, characters, etc. (Classic example being the orignal Star Trek pilot with Captain Pike wich was considered to "intellectual" and "liberal" (with a woman 1st officer) and transformed into the series we know). They buy one episode without commitment and work from there; they do not buy 100.

Didn't they not take that pilot? I think a while later they gave them a second chance make a new pilot called "Where No Man Has Gone Before" with the cast we all know and love.

Jerry Seinfeld on "Bee Movie"

I also write for the Golden Hub of YourHub (an online program where anyone can post any news story). I review films, and I've been doing it for quite a while. A few weeks back, I got to participate in an online conference-style interview with Jerry Seinfeld. People from Kids magazines from all around the country were on the call, and it was an awesome experience. I've just published my article, and I thought some of you might like to see it. Seinfeld had a lot of interesting things to say about his new film, "Bee Movie."

Interview Article

Enjoy.

There were three other stars from the film (Chris Rock, Renee Zellwegger and Matthew Broderick) who were also being interviewed, but each press member only got to interview one. Not to toot my own horn, but you have to be pretty high up in the Youth Journalism World to interview Jerry Seinfeld....I do it for the bragging rights. (And it looks good on college applications.)

I would like to quote Seinfeld

There is no such thing as "fun for the whole family.

Whats up with that!!!!!!!!!!

Quoted for Truth.

That's three baby!

Sean, did you ever think that maybe if the federal government wasn't so huge we wouldn't need such a high taxes? Why, may I ask, do you think we need taxes? This country got along just fine without them before. The only thing they're used for now is wasteful government spending.

Ron Paul doesn't stand a chance.

Well we could lower them once we bring all these troops home. And don't doubt Paul yet because there is like a fucking year to go. Well I bet the Dems will win. As for me I think both parties are full of idiots. Gore should have been elected in 2000.

I heard this story that made me lol

I was in the 9th grade and asked one of the cute cheerleaders out on a date. She said no and I asked why.

She told me I was a worthless nerd who would do nothing important and she could do much better than me without trying.

The next year she got knocked up and dropped out of school. The baby daddy was sent to prison for grand theft auto, and she currently works 2 jobs to barely make ends meet.

I saw her at the grocery store a month ago and asked how she was doing. She told me how she was and asked how I was. I told her about my career and I laughed at her and said, "Who is the worthless nobody now?"

I actually had almost this same thing happen to me. When I was in school I was a fat nerd who didn't achieve much, I was always too busy playing my guitar, writing music, studying music, or working on computers. This one bitch I knew actually walked up to me one day when we were in about the 8th grade and for no damn reason immaturely said "You're ugly and you will always be fat and ugly and that's why no one wants to hang around you, plus you're weird!" Well needless to say she was the one of the popular girls whose grandparents owned everything in my small Texas town and she did anything she wanted and got away with it. What she said really hurt me at the time, I remember it bothering me that night when I tried to go to sleep. We went our ways, and I stayed myself, haven't changed much except I shed that baby fat and I am a sleek 180 lbs now. I got a good paying job, got to play a few gigs here and there, got gorgeous wife, and everything I ever wanted like a 1958 Cadillac, a Manuel Rhinestone suit, several pairs of boots, and a big house. Well, I saw that bitch one day at the grocery store lugging her babies out of the back seat carriers from her P.O.S. 1994 Honda Accord, the same car she had when we graduated in 1998, she was still in it in 2005. Come to find out the IRS came into town a few years before and seized everything that wasn't nailed down that they used to own, apparently her granddaddy was evading taxes. She lost her stroke in town and had moved in with a loser who knocked her up quickly with three kids and now she was getting W.I.C. and welfare. Well, there I was in my '58 Black Caddi and I rolled by her slowly, I had all by best duds on, my wife in the passenger seat who was completely gussied up, two guitars in the back, I looked at that bitch till she noticed me and I gave a sly grin, looked over at my wife and then back her, and I said " I'd better get away from you cause you're ugly!" I pressed that gas pedal down and propelled out of the parking lot with a smile on face and my wife in my arms. That was my big "go F you" moment that I will always treasure.

You sir are a winner.
