You might not believe Lucas said this...
Time
I didn't have in mind an intervention or a boxing match, I thought about a debate, a political one, in which GL would discuss the issue politely... of course, they could always go to Jerry Springer:

Jerry: Tonight, our topic is, "Filmakers that f(BEEP)ked my childhood". We have Bob here, he's 34 years old, lives in his parents basement, and is pissed of with GL. Tell us why, Bob.

Bob (wearing a ROTS t-shirt): That's right Jerry. You see, Mr. Lucas decided to change the original trilogy adding some crappy CGI and more scenes of Greedo shooting Han Solo first, and decided to vanish with the original, classical movies we all loved.

Jerry: Well, we have a surprise for you. Directly from the Skywalker Ranch, he agrred to be with us today... here's George Lucas!

(George Lucas comes in, people boo him. Bob gets up and picks up a chair)

Bob: You muthaf(BEEP)ka!! You c(BEEP)ksucking piece of s(BEEP)t! (throws chair at GL)

GL: Oh, so you want a piece of me? You want a f(BEEP)ing piece of me? Well f(BEEP)k you too, you fat loser! I screwed with your f(BEEP)ing childhood, yes, and I'm proud of it! F(BEEP)k you all! I'm from hollywood, I have the brains!

It's not any of these, it's another movie, mildly unknown, I can't remember the title right now. It has a little bit more swear words than Casino.

I love those gangsta movies filled with violence, swearing, and laughable characters and situations, like Goodfellas, Casino, Resevoir Dogs, City of God, Snatch...

Also makes me wonder what the currency exchange rates are right now.

Oh, that's easy, look for PLN acronym in the exchange rate charts, easily found on internet.

Today it was: 100 USD = 365.51 PLN

So this piece of space technology is sold for the price of junk.
If I did my math right, the top bid is roughly 6200 USD.

I take back what I said...I could afford it.
But, besides to say I own a Russian shuttle, would I (or anyone) want it?

Well, it's an investiment. Right now, russian space ships are as useless as pink curtains in a blind man's home, but when space travel becomes a common event, you'll be able to sell this ship for a whole lot of money.

Da Governator!

I think it's nice to have Schwazeneger as a governor of California. He's not as right-winged as many republicans are, he can be laughed of and get the blame for anything bad he does in the office, and he cannot be elected as president, so there's no danger in that happening.

"Mr. Governor, we need to know when are you going to meet with the union leaders, they demand 20% up on their benefits. They demand to arrange a meeting with you tomorrow morning."

"Well ya can tell those wimpy little mahns thaht I'm going to kill tham personally, with my beahre hands!"

"Mr Governor you cannot solve all the problems of California by the use of violence, bodybuilding contests, or machine guns."

"Oh yeah? Take dis!" (punchs his secretary on the face, his head explodes)

"Hasta la vista... baby."

The Forgotten Scenes

There was a rough cut of footage, storyboard animation, and drawings all from the movies that show the celebration scene in its extended glory from ROTJ as GL wanted it, I guess. Not sure how long ago this was spliced, but it looks old (pre-Naboo?). Further, it shows the screentests, edited in with the deleted scenes in an order that makes sense storywise, explaining some of the missing scenes. Now the screentests are with a variety of actors and in bad shape, but interesting nonetheless.

It might be due to language barrier, but... I didn't quite understand what's on that disc, Obi-wonton...

See how the SON has struck of the hand of the father, just as the father had struck off the hand of the SON!!!!").

OK, so it's like an Orson Welles radio version of a Sheakespeare play, but with a Star Wars plot?

I was on my way to the airport when the opening cerimony was on it's way, but my brother taped it, and I've just watched it... it was kinda neat, althought it could be better. Those statues opening in the air were great. And it was good to see Bjork again - she's so cute =P, and she sings in such a beautiful way... And for some creepy reason they forgot about Vangelis, he would probably compose a good song for this olympics... maybe he died already, I don't know...

AARRRGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!1

thats the reason I HATED the movie, it's sooooooooooooo damn obvious why he's standing in the corner, all you have to do is pay a teenie weenie bit of attention at the beginning of the film & you are told!!!!

as for Sean's comment, some dumb ass bitch sitting in front of me at the cinema actually turned to her "companion" & asked very loudly "why is he stood in the corner pissing, why doesnt he help her?"

I wanted to punch her so damn hard in the chops! but i didnt i just stormed outside & smoked!

BTW, I actually quite enjoyed BW2, had a great idea behind it

Wow, people really don't pay attention on what is said during movies! The reason of why he was standing to the wall is... oh forget it.

I loved Blair Witch project, not only because it is a clever, psychological film, but because of the way it was promoted, it was GENIOUS. Even if you don't like the movie, you gotta admitt, that was a brillant idea.

BW2 is crap.

Editing the '2oo4 Editions' - which changes would you revert?
Time
This is what I would keep from the 1997 version:

* Sarlaac pit. Oh well.
* Windows on cloud city.
* "You're lucky to get out of there". Sounds better, and it was the original theatrical release line, I think.
* Biggs scene before the battle. It's ok I guess.

Things I would keep from the 2004 version:

* The new Jabba minus tail steping and minus Bobba Fett.
* Maybe the new celebration scene, but I haven't seen it yet, so I don't know.

The rest would be like the original ones, except I wouldn't mind correcting matte lines and cuts when lightsabers are turned on/off.
