What is the difference between someone who falls from the 20th floor of a building, and someone who falls from the first floor?
20th floor: waaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaa!! poof.
1st floor: poof. waaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaa!!

I like the idea of Jabba having entairtainment but the Jedi rocks song wasn't the right way. It really just sounds almost as bad as an Usher concert. Maybe thats going to far but it isn't very good. Still its in Return of the Jedi which makes it tolarable. If something like it had been added into The Empire Strikes Back I would have been pissed. I also like the idea of Boba as a pimp.
OK, so, if the Bobba thing is so controvesrial, tell me, what would he do with the money he got from Vader and Jabba?
And I know how GL can fix the Jedi Rock for the ultimate version... Three words: Eletric Light Orchestra! "Xanadu! Xanadu!"

He was being sarcastic.
As was I. A thick armor of sarcasm is sometimes all that stand between us and the cruel cruel world.

No, no, I mean OBI-WAN was being sarcastic.

Which is ironic, as Kubrick hated to fly. When he was working on post-production for 2001 he took a ship to america instead of taking an airplane, and he edited some of the film while on the ship.
Besides, I don't belive that an airport crewmember would recognize Stanley Kubrick, as very few people even knew what he looked like.

I didn't mind Boba picking up chicks. I like making him a guy basically. I didn't like the Jedi Rocks music number but its better then Yub Nub. Thats not saying much though.
Bobba hiting on women does make sense, in a way. He's a bounty hunter, right? So he wants money. And what does he do with his money? Buy comic books? I think NOT. BTW that's something that always bugged me, Bobba Fett didn't want Han Solo to die on the carbon freezing because Jabba was going to pay him a lot of money, and I kept thinking "ok, but what is he going to do with the money? buy a little place in aspen?"
I really do understand why GL wanted to do a nifty-childi-like musical number on Jabba's palace, it was this contrast thing of how horrible they were: while they killed and tortured people who begged for their lifes, they were listening to a musical act, if you think about it it DOES make sense. The only problem is the new CGI, other than that, I have no problems with that scene.

Now see that's just unneccesarily pessimistic. I waver between stark Atheism and apathetic Agnosticism depending on how drunk I am.
But to say for sure that God DOES exist and IS evil and hates us is just silly.
The worst case scenario is that God exists and is an uncaring c*nt who enjoys watching his monkey project stumble and suffer.
The realistic scenario is that all of this, ALL OF THIS, is just a whole lot of random crap that is happening through pure chance.
Either way, enjoy it while you can because it moves along at a VERY brisk pace and it'll all be over before you know it.
From my own life experience and from what I've seen during my short 22 years of life, I can say that I'm sure that God does exists, but He IS evil. Very evil. He's porpouse is to create self conscious humans beings and torture them by taking what they want away from them, creating a world of pain and suffering, just for the fun of it. It is the most evil, sadistic being in the universe, and we are His toys, and there's nothing we can do. All I hope for is that there is no afterlife and God leaves us alone after our death, because if he He tortures us like that on Earth, I wonder what He might do to us on the afterlife. I don't know what we could do, perhaps surrender to His infinite power and bow down to Him, admiting that we are insignificant, powerless and useless beings.
