Exactly. I mean, look around, where are Luke, Motti, Bossk, Warbler...? Few of the old posters remain, as myself, Chaltab, Sean, YIYF... The General Star Wars thread is filled with garbage threads and long forgotten, and soon the off topic session will have the same fate... I belive I won't be posting here anymore real soon...

Regarding the Ford car in Brazil, I must say it's not true. The Pinto was never sold here, not even with a different name. "Pinto" is the word to newborn chickens, and it's a slang identical to "dick" in english, only not as harsh as it is usually not censored on TV broadcasts. Pinto is also a common last name here. The Corcel is a different car and the word does not mean horse - the word for horse is "cavalo". Corcel is a specific race of horses, if I'm not mistaken. Usually the horses found on merry-go-rounds are referenced as corcéis (plural for corcel).

Perhaps their target is kids who eventually have to wake up early on saturday for dentist or doctor appointments and get to watch 10 minutes of it on the waiting room.

The catholic church is based on grounds that are not to change anytime soon, specially with Benedict "Palpatine" 16 over there, a conservative pope. Many things that they must stand for, such as forbidding use of condoms, are absolutely dated and almost dangerous, although based on values that have a deeper meaning behind (the whole promiscuity thing). The issue on homosexuality, although dealt with a little bit of tolerance, is also kinda silly: it's okay to be catholic and gay, as long as you die a virgin.

I was baptized as a catholic but I'm an agnostic. I don't care about any specific dogma anymore, and I only follow some simples rules: Never to kill or steal, respect everyone the same way I'd like to be respected - and that includes people different than me - treat everyone the way I'd like to be treated, never to cheat on my girlfriend or wife, never pay for sex and never smoke.

Hmn, no, no, my pizza stone should have done wonders with my pizzas regardless of how I use them, I won't transfer the blame of it's lack of effect from the pizza stone into myself. It is collecting dust now, and should remain that way for 1000 years, until aliens find it and grant it's wish of being with it's mother for one day using her hair.
