It’s such a symbolic moment and it’s ruined if we see that he ran back to rummage around and find it again.
If Luke has it again in the ST (and I kinda think he won’t), it’s as easily explained as him having it again at the end of Jedi. I really hope Ady feels the same way.

I’ve never noticed, but that type of continuity is something Revisited excels at.

I don’t disagree at all. As Kershner said, Star Wars is the breakthrough and therefore can’t be outdone.
But ESB takes all of it and pushes it to the next level in a much more mature film. That’s something Star Wars has never gotten again.

I loved Ringu and actually enjoyed The Ring even more (heresy, I know, but it tidied up a few ‘just because’ moments from the original and the pacing was tighter).
I never had an ounce of interest in Rings. I had actually forgotten all about that.

I like both songs, but I rank em low as far as U2 tunes go.
(and the album Beautiful Day is from (allthatyoucantleavebehind) is easily and clearly their absolute worst)

I still don’t like the title Solo though.
I would prefer something like “At Stars End - a Han Solo adventure” Something that sounds like an old serial.
(really I’m not interested enough to be bothered. but an interesting title could have had some spark)

The kligons in TNG look nothing like the ones in TOS. The Discovery design looks much more like the TNG design than TNG/TOS.
If any other show was using the design from Discovery, they’d be blasted for ripping off TNG.

Why ImpsCum hasn’t been banned is beyond me.
If Warbler tried to get away with that kinda shit, we’d never see him again.
