The Worst Scene/Sequence in Any Star Wars Film
Time

Exactly. Implications for the viewer as in ruining suspense of the grand reveal in Jedi.

It also ruins the reveal of the Falcon.
And Bobba Fett looks RIGHT INTO THE CAMERA breaking the fourth wall.

Like what? I thought that scene was just disliked for its bad CGI and ruining the reveal of Jabba.

You missed the worst parts - it’s redundant and slows down the film.

Yes.
I can’t find the clip anywhere, but I remember that being addressed on an episode of Mad About You of all things. Paul Rieser (sp?) has a bit about how it just repeated the Greedo scene.

All that being said, I still find it easier to stomach than the song n’ dance in Jabba’s palace.
I’m SO glad I found this place and the wonderful restorations of the OT. Haven’t watched any of that shit in a very long time.

Han - Solo Movie ** Spoilers **

But the Darth Maul inclusion is just so stupid. It really is. Now this is all coming back to me. Why in the world did they do that other than someone in the development said hey that’s a cool idea. (Which is what happened, but IIRC it was Kasdan’s son with the idea.)
You know there is Prince Xizor and Black Sun and so much material to mine there…aaand you just picked Darth Maul 'cause everyone always thinks he looked cool.

If the cameo had been Xizor, I’d have watched the movie.
Maybe.

Episode IX: The Rise Of Skywalker - Discussion NON SPOILER THREAD

I find it funny how many people bash TLJ for having so many women in prominent roles,

I don’t think it’s “many”. It’s a loud few who’s stupid messages are parroted by the outcries of the people they upset, which only makes their voices louder.

when if anything, I felt they were under utilized. It felt like almost none of them had an arc of their own, instead serving as supports for the arcs of the men.

I’ve read this compliant much more than the other, though I think people tend to lump in with the other complaint.
I find that interesting.

Oh, Whew. Thank God! 😃

^ I actually thought “fair enough” in the ranking and comments on the prequels

No way that’s “fair”. 😄
