All I can say is if the Church in this country still stood for anything the next time there was a disaster in this country they would refuse to help and they would bar their doors to all the hypocrites who come running looking for protection from the Church.  You have made your choice now you have to live with it and never complain about the fallout when God with draws his protection from this country.

This is the attitude Jesus spoke against more than any other...
Rants like this do nothing but embarrass the church.

And this thread is for good news...
I guess the good news in your post is that your leaving the forums and only talking to people who go to your church for the rest of your life?
Sounds fair.

Also, who said that churches will be forced to officiate gay marriages?

And why would a gay couple want to be married by someone who doesn't approve of their lives anyway?
Wouldn't everyone want the person officiating their wedding to be happy to be doing it? Shouldn't the groom be the only person there under duress?

Fantastic news!

I'm still not letting you near my neckbeard! :o)

Aww, c'mon! There's nothin' better than a straight razor shave!

Do you do leeching? That's what I need -- leechs, a lot of 'em, applied to the face and neck.

You bet! I have a friend who runs an oddities shop and he could supply the leeches!

the world needs more barbers.  As a guy I am sick of having to go into hair dressers and deal with being offered all sorts of products and only having magazines that appeal to girls to read.

I may be an old stick in the mud but I think the world needs more barber shops.

I agree!

Neckbeards on the other hand... yeah, clean that up.

I shave only mustache regularly and my "beard" proper approximately once per month.

Does this mean I have a neckbeard?

Do you shave the hair off of your neck? If not, then, yes, you have a neckbeard. And it looks bad.

How does that Chewie in the morph seem off?

Beyond the hair pattern/color differences, it's also much softer looking while in the OT it seemed quite course. They eyes seemed more visible (and real?) in the OT (In the trailer the face seems to have some CGI goin' on). Also, his eyes in tho OT slanted down and now they slant up, giving him a Kenny Rodgers facelift look. Which is the story I'm going with.

When did you sense a disturbance in the Force?
Time

Sometime around 1995 (I was about 15) I realized that ROTJ wasn't nearly as good a movie as the previous two. Many of the decisions seem to be made with the mindset of a businessman, not a filmmaker or storyteller and, for me, that's where it all falls apart.
Then the SE added ROTJ's goofiness to the other two films (especially SW) and added EVEN MORE silly crap to ROTJ, making that film unwatchable.

It wasn't quite a ruse. She probably dressed and spoke that way as member of the senate all the time.

True, but even then the posh act and dress are disguising the fact that she's much more involved the Rebel military. The only time she uses that accent is when trying to fool Vader and Tarkin. We never see her addressing the senate, but we do see her directly involved with delivering stolen plans, viewing battle schematics, briefing fighter pilots on the details of a mission, helping lead an evacuation, a rescue mission and an attack group against an Imperial base and prove that she's handy with a gun.
Seems she's much more involved with the military side of things than the politics and she's certainly depicted as a fighter more so than a princess.
So, back to the point, the new rebel troop-esque costume seems appropriate, where as her in a royal gown looking like a Queen would not.

She looked really hot in the medal ceremony.

FTFY ;)

30 years leading the Resistance, she looks more like a General than Royalty,  I can see that happening

The only time we see her looking like Royalty is in Star Wars where she's trying to pass as an innocent princess and not a member of the Rebellion.
The dress and accent were a ruse to hide the fact that she's on an important military mission.
In all the other films she's dressed battle ready. (with the exception of the gown she puts on to blend in at Cloud City, the slave outfit Jabba puts her in and that stupid dress the Ewoks happened to have laying around...)
