Woo Hoo! I’m holly and jolly!
Woo Hoo! I’m holly and jolly!
Is it too early for Christmas avatars? I’m very sick of my Thanksgiving one…
[victim of the dreaded double]
If the pattern of behavior didn’t remind you of our last super troublemaker, I don’t know what else to tell you. It could have been a lot worse had we not put extra safeguards in place to prevent the kind of floods we had last time.
And any suggestion that it wasn’t a real troll is kind of insulting the to staff of this site.
So it was HansiG? Or just some other loser?
Nobody knows for certain, but yeah, it was probably HansiG.
That pic of the X-Wings with headlights on is cool!
I didn’t say everybody does it (whatever “it” would be). I said everyone else understands what he was talking about, so it doesn’t matter that you don’t.
(why am I even responding to this shit?)You said this:
But everybody else does, so it doesn’t matter.
So, you did say it though maybe you meant to say something else, and I understood perfectly.
No, you misunderstood. You said:
Jetrell Fo said:
If you say so. As usual I have no idea what the fuck you are talking about.
to which I said

Clearly meaning “Everybody else does KNOW WHAT HE WAS TALKING ABOUT, so it doesn’t matter.”
So what was the final straw that got the account banned?
And did we figure out if it was a banned users sock?It was from a new area of the world, but socks can be tricky.
And I think it was taking it outside of OT that really got him.
Ah. I was really hoping we could find out who it was. I’m just glad it’s gone though.

So do I, Jeebus. And it’s really annoying to over think/analyze a text message before sending, only to get a quick response that barely resembles English.
Maybe try not sending texts to Fo.

Hi, I am working on my own fanedit and noted two shots that are split, as in; another shot is inserted in the middle and the end pushed back. If you remove the inserted shot the start and finish join together without a single missed frame.
This actually happens in editing very often.
As someone who artistically re-purposes old things into new things almost daily, I know what you’re getting at. But the “trash” has to have some value in it to redeem. The PT doesn’t have that.
Besides, like I said the PT is crap, not trash. And nobody’s turning poop into anything people wanna see. Frink has turned the poop into a joke, so there’s that. But turning poop into a good movie? Not possible.
You can add the purest and cleanest water to mud, but all you’ll get is more mud. You can also take the sicks and rocks out, but it’s still mud.
There’s nothing good about the PT to bring out through a re-edit. They aren’t decent films hidden under a pile of crap. They are crap through and through.
Deadpool sucked.
This is a fact.
It firing on Scarif would be pretty weird. But then again that’s the sort of crazy thing that the Empire might do.
I thought when they destroy Alderaan in SW that it was the first time the superlaser was used.
Well, the RO trailer does show the DS firing on Jedha. However the super laser is most likely not fully operational at this point, hence it doesn’t blow up the entire planet and instead just causes a lot of destruction. I guess they did this in RO so that the DS can still be a big threat to the main characters without undermining ANH. Alderaan was simply the first test of the “fully operational” DS and its planet destroying capabilities. In RO it seem to only be capable of blowing up a city-sized area.
Ugh…

I don’t mind it either way, you’d think they need to see what they’re doing if they fix their droids or something.
I always figured they had glowing (maybe even robotic) eyes so they could see in the dark or with some kind of enhanced vision.

Started putting together my set.
I don’t like the look of this set (the menus n’ such), but I love this art you’ve put together! Really nice, man!
Jedit: just saw this:
I take no credit beyond deciding to put the mquarrie painting on the inside, it’s JMoomer’s cover and SteveE’s labels. I just assembled.
Well, whoever did it, I dig it!
Nah, it’s like a trap to catch a rabbit. You want to get it running down a trench so you can nab it. Otherwise it’s got any and every direction to run. Judging by the film, that worked just fine. Almost everyone who dove into the trench died there.
Sure, the Rebels blew the thing up, but only because one special boy with a ghost to guide him could tap into an ancient magical power that gave him the ability to fire at just the right moment and lock onto just the right target. Not because of poor design.
