Info & Offer: Anyone have any MUSE titles or LDs they want archived? Last Chance!
Time

Return postage. If in Australia I can cover post, but to OS it gets too expensive for me, so I only ask that people cover the cost of getting the discs back to them. Or if the discs are available locally for less than the cost of return postage then just pay for the discs. Also I may already have the discs sometimes.

But I'm always appreciative of donations :)

The THX LD is such a dodgy film print and video master to begin with, I'm not sure how much more there is to squeeze out of it. I'm not opposed to trying, but Coily is still going to be stuck in the frame for a good portion of the finale. I'm starting to think I need to sacrifice a goat for decent scope film print to turn up.

Could you rent this one?

Without going through the 56 pages of the THX thread, I have the Japanese LD with the all white cover and THX-1138 written in the middle in metallic writing. Is it worth doing, or has it already been done?

Star Wars 1977 releases on 35mm

Anyone interested in my film scanner etc. can keep up over here:

http://www.amps.boards.net/

I will be posting in this thread as well, but over at amps will have more info.

And I hate asking, but if anyone would like to donate to help cover some of the freight costs, I would really appreciate it. I'm pretty much selling up everything else I own to secure this thing. Big thanks to the two people who did send me a PM and a donation, it is much appreciated!

Why would Magic and Music be on film? I mean, yeah, they probably shot it on film, but it wouldn't have been distributed to theaters.

This program was first shown on "Disneyland" in black-and-white when the show aired on ABC, but was repeated in 1962 in color after the show moved to NBC under the title "The Wonderful World of Color".

I'd like to say go for it, but it sound suspicious.

It would likely have been distributed to TV stations on 16mm film.
