Sure thing. I’ll PM you the Photoshop files.
Sure thing. I’ll PM you the Photoshop files.
Oops. To make it up to you, here are those changes you were after for the 2 disk set 😃

Thanks for working on this set guys. Dhamage, yes I’m happy to remove the 3rd disk info as an alternative.
Ok, while I wait for the uploads to complete, I’ve gone back to tinkering with the artwork. As previously mentioned, I will be including a bonus fanedit for each film in my set:
SW
ESB
ROTJ
Like Dhamage and Stardork, I’m using phildesfr’s set as the basis. Here is an attempt at the outer cover of the booklets, detailing the 3 discs for each film.

Dahmage, I am not familiar with the process you describe but will have a look to see if I can understand it…
Stinky, the 50GB documentaries disc is uploading now. Slowly…
Thanks Dhamage, obviously the disc is the correct reference point! I’ll fix the description.
Just a quick update, the ROTJ Special Features 25GB disc is almost uploaded, so PM me if interested.
Also, I have been pointed in the direction of an HD remaster of the Return of the Jedi Re-release trailer, used for the Main Menu, so I’m going to create one final version of ROTJ BD50 and BD25, with the HD version of the trailer for the Main Menu.
It’s obviously not a big change, so you may want to stick with your current version if already downloaded etc, but I will upload the HD main menu version for those who want it as an alternative. This will take some time though, as all of the Documentary discs are still in the queue to be uploaded also. Will update as they become available.
Looks great Stardork, thanks!
For the 50gb version of the Bluray, is there a different encoding of the film than the 25gb? If the encoding is different, is it a bigger or smaller encoded video file for the movie on the 50gb disc? Thanks for your work!
The video files for the movies have not been re-encoded for either the 25 or 50gb versions. They were remuxed directly from Harmy’s MKVs
Yeah I wondered who would catch that ☺ not to worry, I fixed it before uploading the ISO.
Is it possible for you to get these on the spleen before free leeching ends?
The 50GB is now on the spleen. The others will not make the deadline, as I want to get them on MEGA first.
Both of the first 2 audio tracks are DTS-HD-MA
The Return of the Jedi set is now finished, but at this stage only the 50GB film + features is uploaded. I will be uploading the rest of the set over the next week or so, and will post in the forum when they’re available. Please message me if you would like the 50GB option.

BONUS DOCUMENTARY OPTIONS
You would just need a bluray compliant video file that is the same length as the v2.7 video.
Thanks so much for all your hard work. I look forward to the evolution of this set when v3.0 is out for the entire trilogy. At that point I’ll download and create my set 😃
Just a heads up, that could be months away, but also the set will be different for v.3, given that a 1080p version will inevitably take up a lot more room on the disk.
(disc? now I’m confused.)
Yep, that is a must!
Slight variation again, so that no one misses out on the whole set, should they want it.
1. ULTIMATE 50GB Disk
RETURN OF THE JEDI DOCUMENTARIES
STAR WARS TRILOGY DOCUMENTARIES
And then, these will essentially be split in two for the 25GB crowd.
2. ROTJ DOCUMENTARIES 25GB disk
3. STAR WARS TRILOGY DOCUMENTARIES 25GB disk
Getting all 3 of these optons finished and uploaded is going to take some time, but I think it’s worth it to finish the set in style. Will update as progress is made.
Thanks for the suggestions re: the ROTJ docos. Having played around with the puzzle pieces, and taken into account suggestions here, I’ll release a 25GB and a 50GB version.
25GB
50GB
It’s possible there will be room for one more on the 50GB. Will have to wait and see, but feel free to suggest something if you know of a really good one.
That should work.
I don’t think the 5 and 20 min doco are the issue, moreso the collection of longer ones. It’s likely one of them won’t make it on a 25. I’ll look into a 25 and 50gb option.
Yes, it’s already on the list (making of a saga).
I’ve started work on the ROTJ documentary disk, and have a dilemma. There are a bevy of choices, and I don’t think I can adequately fit them all on a 25GB disk. Here are the current candidates:
Jamie Benning – Returning to Jedi 2:30
Jamie Benning ROTJ Special effects – 5 mins
Jamie Benning: Inside Jabba – 20 mins
Making of a saga – 1:10
Empire of dreams Part III - 30 mins
Classic creatures – 48 mins
When star wars rules the world – 41 mins
I am considering going for a 50GB disk for the ROTJ doco disk to allow all these to be included. The other alternative is to cut some of these, and stick with 25GB.
Thoughts?
(The 50GB option would allow for even more choices too.)
So the ESB BD50 on the spleen is correct and the “ESB BD25 DOCUMENTARIES FIXED” is correct also?
Yes.
I’m not expecting others will want to include the bonus disks, they’re more for “me and my friends” really, but of course anyone who wants that art and to include them is welcome to.
I’ve been working on a variant of the back cover of the leaflet to include info about the 3 disks. The art you made is perfect, so I don’t really want to mess with that. Will post the concept when I have it.
Absolutely loving these discs! Once the set is complete, these are going to become my “official” set. One minor note on the ESB 50GB from myspleen, the on-screen menus list the commentary track as “Laserdisk” commentary instead of “Laserdisc” commentary. Obviously not worth an update by itself, but it would be great if that could be corrected in some future version.
Thanks! I’ve fixed that error in my Jedi set now (good timing, as I’ve been making final changes), and will fix it up in ESB once 2.5 comes out.
Awesome work Dahmage! If you add disc art for the Documentary discs it will be perfect.
I’ve also been working on disk art using the same amazing set Dahmage has used. Here is a very simple design for the Documentaries disks, and for the bonus fanedit disks that I will be including in my finished set.
