Quick Zelda II update. I just smashed this filthy trash of a game into total oblivion and it doesn’t work anymore.
I’m pretty sure it’ll be the traditional Zelda dialogue, which is how I feel it should be.
Just the exception of the guiding voice, which isn’t too far off of Navi (you’ll remember she says “Hey” “Listen” “Watch Out” and a few other lines, so “voice acting” in this capacity isn’t totally new to the game).
Good point. I bet that’ll be what we get.
By the way, if anyone cares, I returned to Zelda II after so much abuse as if I had Stockholm’s Syndrome and finally made it through the first level after many continues.
I hope there are no voice actors. When there’s as much dialogue as in Zelda games, it’s uncomfortable to cut off talking once you’re done reading. I also hope there are no dialogue trees, which I can’t stand.

I think even the silly games would sell well. I bet a lot of people would be willing to pay a couple bucks for even titles like Friday the 13th on NES.
Actually I think I must’ve missed something. It’s available to buy on the Wii U but you can’t use the Wii U controller for it. I just saw that it wasn’t technically available on the Wii U virtual console’s Wikipedia list.
Apparently Majora’s Mask isn’t available on the WiiU’s virtual console. What foolishness is that? It’s on the Wii. Advanced systems not having the equivalent abilities of their predecessors is something I have no tolerance for.
If not it’s time to add the library to the Virtual Console as well.
They definitely need to do this. The amount of people who would pay 10-20 dollars for some of those games, specifically games like Melee and Windwaker, would be massive.
I heard Red Dead Redemption wasn’t revealed so I don’t care about anything else regarding E3.
I just experienced a crippling pain in my right lung and any attempt to inhale was extremely painful. It went away and now I’m fine. It happens occasionally so I hope that isn’t an issue that I’ll have to spend a ton of money on.

I’m pretty sure the last time I played Zelda II was about a year or two after it came out. I didn’t really remember much of it and now my only memories are of anger and frustration.
It’s a maddening game and I hate it. Smashing it against the wall was the only entertaining thing I’ve ever done involving Zelda II.
I’d rather play ET for Atari than Zelda II.
Just tried again and the game got torn out of the console and thrown against the wall this time.
It’s a typical example of a game that looks fun but is too damn hard for my idiot self to figure out.
I just attempted to replay Zelda II for the first time in decades and I about made it through five minutes before I wanted to throw the console through the TV. Fuck that game.
Ah, that explains it. I never watched Married with Children.

Calling a film “poorly edited” just because it is long is pretty fucking ridiculous. Huge misunderstanding of what constitutes editing (not to mention pacing).
I don’t know that they’re poorly edited; I just can’t sit through a movie longer than 130 minutes.
You can make jokes about dark subjects in good taste. Family Guy is an example of an embarrassing failure at doing this.*
*in my humble opinion of course.
I almost never see movies 2 and a half hours and longer. It’s the main reason why I skipped Civil War.
