The Little Princess fucking sucked. My sister has that movie its a complete chick flick. Also Chris Columbus is a much better directer. He has respect for the source material. It was way way too short. This movie needs an extended edition.

In the Special Edition we see Lando announcing to Cloud City about the Empire taking over. Also if the troops didn't magically drop dead then its a mistake in the original version that was always there that the Special Edition didn't fix. I always wondered that. The main reason why Return of the Jedi is the worst Star Wars movie.

Theres little to enjoy. Riddick curses less. Its not scary. Action is poorly done. Story is weird and confusing.

Luke Vader lied. He went back on his deal and took over Cloud City. We see Lando announcing to the city that the Empire is taking over. In Republic times Tatoinne was controled by the huts but Empire took over all outer rim planets. They still gave the Huts power under Imperial rule.

I don't believe George is God. He is just a great filmmaker. One of many great filmmakers that created such a great and epic saga. I have respect for his work. Plus I never agreed with Lucas not releasing the originals. I do agree that he has the right to. It would be nice to have both maybe just to get some people to shut up. I have signed the petition after hearing of that horrible Hayden head thing. Personally if tomarrow Lucas were to annouce he changed his mind. I would be happy. Still I am buying these DVDs the day they came out. They are selling fast showing that apparently the lack of the originals is not putting too many people off. Also I am not the only one hear with this view. I just stay the longest. Other people with my views have passed through a few times.

Whats a bit funny is that when George first said that he was releasing the Special Editions only the bits said they wouldn't even give a glance to a Special Edition only release. Yet they continue to report great news on the set. Including many of the new changes.

The thing is I am a huge Star Wars fan. I love A New Hope and The Empire Strikes Back and I like Return of the Jedi. But lets face it the Special Editions are the same movie just with better effects. These are the way the movies always should have been. I don't agree with every little change. But how can anyone want to watch the movie with matte lines around the ships, lame dead slum cities, hidden creatures. Same story, same acting, same action, better effects. I am hear because someone hear needs to defend Lucas and his superior versions. Why even discuss something if everyones gonna agree with you. Its more better to have individuels with different views. This site needs more people like me.

Anamorphic encoding gives far better picture quality then non anamorphic on a widescreen television.

You really should think of the future. The added benefit of anamorphic encoding will easily outdue any slight picture difference.
