Revenge of the Sith doesn't have to be much better to surpase Return of the Jedi. Even The Phantom Menace was better then Return of the Jedi. Suggesting Return of the Jeid is better then Attack of the Clones is absolute blasphmy. Revenge of the Sith will be much darker then The Empire Strikes Back ever was. I love the idea of a big budget movie where the bad guys win. Similar to Rise of the Machines (maybe the reason Rise of the Empire wasn't used) if Terminator 3 had ended happy it would have sucked. I enjoyed that style of setting up a classic clique good guy triumph ending only to depress you in the end. I think it might be interesting if Revenge of the Sith follows the same style.

I would love it if Lucas put the original Boba cartoon as an extra on the Clone Wars DVD. We know he hates the Holiday Special but that cartoon is interesting to me to see. Still there will never be a Holiday Special DVD release. George has stated that he would destroy every copy of that abombination if he could. He hates that movie. You can't accuse him of changing his mind since hes hated it since the beginning. Still I am intrested in seeing it since it is a Star Wars project that I haven't seen.

Well if you see the Region 2 cover you will notice its alot better then Americas. They also get it almost 3 weeks before us. Its a bumper

More Jabba Comparison
I love this. Jabba looks infidently better. I also want to throw this in the face of those who thought this wouldn't happen. When the bits proposed this I automatically accepted it as fact. People critized me for it. Now I have prof its real.

As you see the new digital Jabba is The Phantom Menace Jabba pasted over that old Special Edition Jabba. My opinion is this change vastly improves this scene.

I am excited about Clone Wars. I have no intrest in Ewoks. Though I have never seen it I am no ewok fan. It disturbs me fans are able to accept these cutsy annoying bears and yet critize the cutsy prequel characters. Droids I have also never seen. While I am a fan of those droids a show about them just isn't appealing. I would be intrested in seeing all these if there is a way to without forking up the cash. With Clone Wars I am getting that on the day. In my opinion the Clone Wars cartoons are better then The Phantom Menace and Return of the Jedi.

All real critizim is for the love dialog and cutsy characters. Revenge of the Sith will have none of that. It is also the darkest most action orientated of the Star Wars movies. Come on. We all have those moments where we want the bad guys to win.

More news on the HD-DVD front. The DVD forum is holding a three day show demonstrating HD-DVD. This will promote why this format is the future and why it is superior to Sonys Blu-Ray. Sony is sticking with MPEG-2. Theres no time for that to change. HD-DVD great codecs will make the format superior. Toshiba also says they are confident that multiple studios will support there format. Sony is not that confident. I say down with Blu-Ray.

I think Hayden is a very capable actor. I thought his deseption to evil was very convincing. My three favorite directers are Steven Speilburg, George Lucas, and James Cameron. I hated AI but still like Speilburg. I don't agree with everything Lucas has done either but he has done so much good its forgivable.

No Greedo still shoots first. However the scene was modified to look alot better. Han no longer does the horrible looking hop. It no longer looks like Greedo fired at Han who shot back in self defense. It now appears Greedo fired a warning shot and Han takes that oportunity to blow his head up. Even though its much better then in 1997 I still overall prefer the scene in its original form. Still with this fix the scene is now acceptable to me where as before I hated it.

They have not been wrong in the past. Everything they have said about these DVDs as been right. They claim there information comes from industry sources who have the right to know. Why do people continue to deny them when they always seem to be right?

The bits says that the 2004 DVDs are not the final versions. The bits have been right about everything on these DVDs and it really is stupid to continue questioning them. The thing is all the changes in the 2004 version are not really expensive. Deleting matte lines and cleaning up thing are not to pricy. All new digital changes are simply prequal effects added in. Lucas had no time in production of Episode 3 to work on new effects for the originals. Which is why for the 30th anniversery you can bet there will be new versions of the movies.

He is as great now as he ever was. He was brilliant then and he is brilliant now. The prequals are great. The Special Editions are great and if you have a problem with them tough.
