Same to you asshole. Yes call me names I call you names. Don't get in my face. Also you act like being homophobic is a bad thing. My belief is homophobes are the last normal people left. If were going to start accepting gays why not let people marry there dogs then we will start accepting child molesters. It has to stop here.

Announcer: In the version, the word "WOOKIE" has been changed to "HAIR CHALLENGED ANIMAL" and the entire cast has been digitally replaced by Ewoks.

That episode was funny but it appeared to make Speilburg more of a nut then Lucas. This is unusual since Speilburg did release the originals of E.T and Lucas isn't.

Here's my argument as to why I think it is FAR from perfect. I thought it was ok, but definitely not perfect:

Its as simple as this, the Clones, weren't the ones doing the attacking were they? They were coming to the DEFENCE of the Republic because the SEPARATISTS were the ones who were threatening the stability of the Republic. Did you watch the movie mate? Hmmmm.......from what happens in the movie, the film title should have been "Attack of the Separatists".

First of all the Clone Wars is an event in the Star Wars universe. It would be like calling A New Hope the Battle of Yavin.

The complications of Arnold in Terminator 4 is simply this. Arnold is a T-800. He is the first type of Terminator to look human. His model was invented in 2024. In order to have him in the movie we would have to skip most of the early part of the war that I want told. Personally I would love to deal with people blaming each other for the war. When Skynet first sent troops and all that.

Like I said Amazon.com has warned consumers about the lack of originals on the sales page. People buy them anyway because they don't care or prefer Lucases changes.

Yes actually. The first draft for the movie is already finished. Mostcow is back on board and it is currently set for summer of 2006. Its unknown whether Arnold will return giving his Govenator dutys.

I cannot see them doing a "multi-season" setup for Ewoks, that would just, to me at least, see silly.

How many 30-minute (actually, 22-minute, because of commercial breaks) shows can fit on a disk?
Droids would probably be a 2-disk set, if nothing else was included.
That would make Ewoks be a 4-disk for the entire show.

No it would take a 3 disc set for droids and a 6 disc set for ewoks. Less then that would mean lower video bit rate and lack of extras.

No it was mine too since I first mentioned it. It was to compare "Rise of the Empire" with "Rise of the Machines"

For this thread lets start with Terminator 3 Redemption. The video game coming out next month looks awsome. Encorperating great Grand Theft Auto style maly into a well done Terminator storyline. There was a demo attached to the earlier game Rise of the Machines. Rise of the Machines was a very unfinished video game. The demo for Redemption was everything I wanted from the so called finished game. It will come out for all three consoles.

as far as I'm concerned the Terminator films are a group effort, without James Cameron , Linda Hamilton and Eddie Furlong they really shouldn't have bothered, especially given the lame way they killed off Sarah Connor (dying of cancer before the film) and the ridiculous female terminator.
the same recycled gags from the second film, Arnie just looked like he was along for the ride. And given the huge budget for the film it had a really cheap B-movie look to it.

First of all James Cameron refused to come back. Second of all James Cameron did have no involvement in Terminator 3 but does like the movie he stated. He stated in the same interview he hates Alien 3. Furlong didn't return because he is a friggin pot head. I am not kidding. Don't call Kristanna Loken ridiculous. Shes possibly the most beautiful women I have ever seen and she did a pretty good job at the evil Terminator look. Terminator 3 shares some similaritys to Terminator 2 but alot is very different. Unlike Terminator 2 it shows a willingness to evolve the series rather then simply destroy it.

Jimbo, with the very basic understanding of temporal mechanics that I have it just seems illogical for there to be a 3rd Terminator. Especially considering how the 2nd ended. Miles was killed, and the chip was destroyed (all of them). I'm not looking at the philosophical or moral aspect of the story. I looking at it from a purely storytelling viewpoint. The overall arc of the story. Does that make any sense? If, according to the way the 2nd movie ended, they did change the future then how is it possible for another Terminator to travel back in time for the third time? They changed the future. They prevented the invention of Skynet that in turn invented the Terminators. So, given all of that, how then did they explain that the future wasn't changed? I understand that Skynet and John are connected, but there has to be a logical reason as to how (especially given all of the evidence to the contrary), that a third movie is possible. I'm just talking storyline here. It strikes me, knowing how most movies these days are so dumbed down, that the makers of this film would just throw the whole thing out the window and produce a thrid one just for the sake of producing it. Since the end of the story was supposed to be the 2nd film, how is the story carried on? I just want to hear what explanation they gave for how the a Terminator from a future that was prevented by the end of the 2nd film is able to show up again? If that future was prevented this Terminator shouldn't exist. See what I mean? This is what I want to know before I watch the third film. If the explanation isn't plausible, then I'm not going to bother with it.

Damn. I think I've given myself a headache.

Judgement Day is inevidible. Judgement Day being stoped in Terminator 2 puts more plot holes since if the war was stoped why the Hell does John still excist. No Judgement Day means no Kyle. No Kyle means no John. Its a similar principle as shown in the movie The Time Machine. "You built your time machine because of Emas death had she never died it would never have excisted so how can you use your machine to go back and save her." Here its. "You built your time machine because of John Connor had he never lived it would have never excisted so how can you use your machine to kill him" Just see the friggin movie and then you will understand. It explains how the war still happened. If for anything for Kristanna Loken. That girl is so sexy even if you hate the movie she will have been in it to prevent if from being a total waste of time.

Probably because they got Ian McDiarmid for the part. The Emperor only had a thirty second scene in Empire Strikes Back so it wouldn't have been worth all the trouble to look for someone who could actually play the Emperor in Return of the Jedi. They probably didn't even know what the Emperor would look like at the time.

And even if they had gotten Clive to play the Emperor in Return of the Jedi it would've still looked different, because he only did the voice in TESB, the actual part was played by an old woman with chimpanzee eyes superimposed over her (http://www.starwars.com/databank/character/palpatine/?id=bts).

If thats true then I am very happy about this change. I thought Clive was the emperor there. I had no idea the Emperor was originally a women. This should have been done in 1997. Personally I love all the new changes except Hayden head and Bobas voice.

Just calling it Clone Wars would have sucked. Attack of the Clones was the perfect title for the movie. Clone Wars is the name used for the cartoon series and video game.
