My cat Sulley, I lost him back in April. I miss him a lot, a great little friend who was not supposed to go the way he did. Cancer ate him up after only ten years of life, damn I miss him. I've cried plenty a tears since he passed and my whiskey bill has edged up a bit since I lost him.
You take care my friend, I'll see you again.

(1) I bumped my old beer thread!
(2) Actually interested in what people say and hope they chime in. Did I say it was my thread?
(3) Still waiting for folks to comment on my old thread.
Still love Shiner, but I've expanded my palate a little. Some buddies at work got me into Dos Equis, then another friend at work turned me onto Samuel Adams Boston Lager a couple weeks back, LOVED IT. So, today at the grocery store I had to pick up a twelve pack, plus a six pack of a "make your own". There is a huge grocery store a few miles away where they actually have a huge shelf (about 6'x8') full of single rows containing various beers, you can select one each of whatever you want and stick it in a six pack box they provide. Here's what I got:
(1) Samuel Adams Bosten Ale: Not as good as the Lager, but pretty good. Probably won't buy again.
(2) Red Stripe: Smooth, nice beer. Not much unlike Modelo Especial though.
(3) Saint Arnold Lawnmower: OK, knid of a pungent smell for a lackluster taste. Will not buy again.
(4) Sisyphus 2010: 10% ABV!!! Haven't tried yet as of this post. Porbably will before the end of this morning.
(5) La Fin Du Monde: Not drank yet.
(6) Samuel Smith's Imperial Stout: Not drank yet.

I Am Legend took the lonely isolation aspect of the source material and ran with it. I felt it did rather well with this, but left out just about anything else that tied it to the source (other than keeping its title, while completely botching the significance of that title). The CG infected just came off as extremely silly.
Yeah, can't help but feel that at some point during the pitch for I Am Legend somebody said, "It's like Cast Away, but in the city!"

A Fistful of Dollars is overrated, but Last Man Standing was absolute shit.
Being a HUGE Clint Eastwood fan, I loved A Fistful of Dollars, but the best of the "dollars trilogy" will always be For A Few Dollars More to me. I never could watch Last Man Standing through to the end though, I always lost interest somewhere about 20 mins in.

Great flick! Superb animation, could not get over how real it looked, it was stunning, better detail than any Pixar I've seen. Loved to Eastwood tribute as well as the many, many, allusions to Eastwood films! (yes, I'm an Eastwood fan!)

In specific, please Frink.
I do not understand, if you judge a person based solely upon their posts (most of which are meant to be comedic), how would someone judge you you reckon?

Believe it or not, one's posting history affects my view of said person's hotness.
Explain.

So half the forum is 37 and the other half is 13. Weird.
Incidentally, I'll be 38 before all you 37 year old dudes.
I'm 32.

Wow...you, me, and Warb are all nearly the same age.
The way you always talk, I thought you were way older than that.

Why did you rank Craig at number 1 if you hate him? ;)
I suspect cut and paste here...
Yeah, sry, I was half asleep, I forgot to re-order after I cut and paste. Here ya' go! Sorry. The bottom three are pretty much tied.
1. Connery - The original and the best!
2. Brosnan - I really liked Brosnan, plus my wife REALLY liked Brosnan, so my trip home was way better after watching a Brosnan Bond movie.
3. Moore - I enjoyed Moore, mostly because he was Bond while I was growing up and I liked the comedic shtick he did.
4. Dalton - *yawn*
5. Lazenby - huh?
6. Craig - Sorry, I think he sucks and I hate the new Bond.
Happy Birthday Warb!

Because a puppy with a rose beats'em all!
Oddly enough, being a huge fan of comedies, The Hangover was not that great to me, just didn't do it for some reason.
The Hangover - 2/10
I do love me some Silence of the Lambs, but cuaght that the other night on one of the cable movies channels.
The Silence of the Lambs - 10/10

I think I'll dig out a picture of me in uniform Ripplin and get you to OT me in my blues. I'm just having to choose between class A or regular patrol uniform.
When will my mil-spec equipment buying episode end?!?! I think Maxpedition and Mil-Spec Monkey owns half my house!!!!!!
Here's mine:

Just Go With It - 7/10
Although it was predictable, it was enjoyable and pretty funny, but I do like Adam Sandler and most of his movies. He and Jennifer Aniston had great chemistry. Plus, she appeared to be very cold in every scene, a fact I mentioned on the NSFW thread.
Watched "Just Go With It" last night with the wife. Has Jennifer Aniston and Adam Sandler in it.
Either they made it a point or Jennifer Aniston was very cold EVERYWHERE she went in that movie, even on the beach in a two piece.
