Hello! I am new here, but I read the above post about the picture being faded to pink, and I am happy to say that the color information for blue is in there, it’s just a pain to draw it out. I actually corrected pretty decently, and I would like to show you… I just can’t figure out how to post the image here. Help a new guy out?
Hello Folks! I am a long time reader / lurker on this site, and I finally decided to join. I enjoy almost anything star wars, and I really appreciate the efforts folks have made in regards to preservation projects (4k77, Harmy De-spec’d, etc.). The first ten years of my air force career was doing graphics, animation (3D-CGI), and photo-restoration. Then I cross-trained into the intelligence field where I finished my twenty-year career. I enjoyed graphics and animation work so much that I built my own PC and purchased a good deal of the commercial software (photo-shop, lightwave 3D), and now I do things mostly as a hobby. Ok… that’s it for now. This is my first post. my second is going to be in the preservation/4k77 forum… there was a photo on there that supposedly faded to pink… I was actually able to pull color out of it, so I am about to head over there and post.
