The new master is said to be a brand new station the art 4k scan, but I never bought that.

 Actually strictly speaking the PS4 you have will be the most fussy with burnt media by far, if it plays on that it will play on any working standalone 

There is something about print damage and heavy duped grain that scream cinema to me, that analogue look is dieing off :(

Some of the best discs out there, and yes the layers on a burnt discs are a nightmare for a player on its way out
