The Emperor is now saying the original lines, but its the "new" voice. I'm not sure what sample video you found, but that was done a few years ago.

As for the Wampa doing the hokey-pokey (he put his arm in, now he's shaking all about), I'm pretty sure Adywan agrees with me that is probably the worst shot of the SE scene and must go back to the cutting room floor from whence it came.
So you're saying that the shot will not appear or it will be refilmed along with the rest of the wampa shots?
I'm not sure exactly what shots are being replaced (not all of them, I know that much), but since Adywan is not building a full-body suit, he couldn't replace it even if he wanted to (which I don't think he does).

Since there has been a trickle of H.S. merchandise over the years, finally releasing the damn thing (with a retrospective in which everyone involved has a good laugh) would be the next step. I fear some music licensing issues might come into play though.
I want to hear a commentary with some of the people involved. The problem would be, the answer to every question would be "I don't remember, I was pretty high at the time."

Last comic read
Time

Started reading my #1's on Mrs. O'Five's iPad. Wow, that's SO much better.

All-New X-Men

Reading these randomly means I keep jumping in and out of the timeline. Just like Beast in this comic somehow.

Avengers vs. X-Men

I love the concept of this.

Deadpool Kills The Marvel Universe

Deadpool murders the Fantastic Four. Ok.

Uncanny Avengers

I wish all Marvel comics were numbered by in what order they should be read. I'm confusing myself. I like the idea of having a mutant on the Avengers after all that apparently happened between the 1's I've been reading.

Uncanny X-Men

These old comics are hilarious.

I've always enjoyed Trek, but my interest in it waxes and wanes: it's always something I like, just not always something I think about.  But I definitely have recently had a resurgence of interest.  Phase II in particular is extremely interesting to me.  I'll have to check out all these books you're recommending, as they sound so very interesting.  Also I'm curious about Planet of the Titans, but I know very little about that or where to research further Beyond Memory Alpha.
BEYOND MEMORY ALPHA! That's the title for my next Trek novel.

My apartment mate and I have been working our way through TOS for the last few weeks.  We made the episode selection a game of sorts. My friend will give me a stereotypical and common Star Trek related situation, theme of Character element. I then pick an episode that fits his request.  Some of things he has suggested and the episode I have picked are as follows...

Shuttle Craft related = Metamorphosis

Mutiny = Turnabout Intruder

Spock uses a Vulcan Power to save the day = Is There no Truth in Beauty

Gee, what smooth floors your cave has = What Little Girls Are Made Of

That sort of thing. It's been an entertaining way to pick what episode to watch. I've personally done the chronological and production order more then a few times, and this has been a nice change from that.
That's awesome! Some friends of mine who've never seen TOS are watching random episodes based on how ridiculous the Netflix summary sounds.

More like Sylar-hate, actually.

I don't understand. He was really great in that show that only lasted one season, but got cancelled before it could get really really really really really really really really really really really really stupid.

Are you talking about that great mini-series Heroes? I'm so glad they never did a sequal miniseries, or even worse, spun it off into a weekly show.
That would be terrible! Especially if the writers kept writing THE SAME PLOT with conflicting continuity between them.

To be serious, Heroes might have been OK had they gone with the "new group every season" idea. They might as well have, since all of the actors played different characters every season.
