Alien 3 HD - on TV... (Released)

But I will be able to watch in in HD and see how it compares with the transfers that I have in the Legacy and Quadrilogy box sets. Seeing that Blade Runner in High Definition was done by at least two different members of this forum and there are multiple versions of Blade Runner in HD out there. I thought it might be of interest to someone.

The reason why BR was done was because the (then) current version was crap.

Alien 3 has a fantastic 2 disc set out right now.

I know it's been a while but I've been working on some side projects. I just completed two "demo discs" for the HD DVD players that are out. If you don't have one, I definitely suggest going to pick one up. I will be listing them on my main page because they are now completed and contain about 30 trailers all in HD. They are about to be torrented.

Otherwise, I'm going to begin work on some other projects very shortly.

I made an error on Chapter 2. It's from From T.V. (USA Watermark) - Stereo, not from the offical VHS.

Looks like i'm going to have to compare which one is better: your USA watermarks or my original broadcasts.

Not much good. As when one tries to sign up, One gets this message "We are a private site now and require an invite to join. Please do not request to be invited on non-invite forums, thanks. "

Just saw that.

I've got some of the VHS videos, including the Vampire one was was never shown or something?

Jobel,

Open up your PM's. Maybe we could work together on those.

Yeah, DFNYC's was "better", but remember that Rikter's copy came from a source using older equipment...it was state of the art in 2000

Enh. Not really. My DVD recorder isn't much newer than that and it's what I used to make it.

Has anyone compared Rikter's DVD transfers to your transfers, quality-wise? I had Rikter's two Raiders making-ofs already, and I haven't seen your versions yet.

I never downloaded Rikter's so i have no idea what his quality is like. Keep in mind that one of the Raiders discs has a bonus featurette that's not on Rikters.
