Looks very nice!!! Good work đ
Itâs sad the site has gotten this bad đŚ We will all miss you dearly. I appreciate your work immensely and canât tell you how much I adore Revisted. Good luck to you and your future projects Adywan aka God of the Faneditors đ
If only Star Wars Day was in the summerâŚ
Iâll go home and give a watch to meh force awakens steelbook and download despecialized 2.7. Probably listen to soundtracks as usual.
âThe server load is very high at the moment. Retrying please waitâŚâ
Buzzing with excitement again as I wait for myspleen to load đ
Thanks again towne!!!
That would be pretty cool. I loved itâs intro in TFA but Iâd be interested to see it introduced this way.
âSo this is how liberty diesâŚwith thunderous applauseâ - PadmĂŠ
That line was completely unnecessary. Could have been accomplished with a facial expression and it would have been more meaningful
Disagree a lot here. I love this line and I donât love many lines from the prequels but I adore it. Its such a politically tragic line.
But my favorite two, most inspiring quotes from Star Wars go to:
âI am Jedi, like my father before me.â Itâs just so powerful. Itâs the pinnacle of the saga. And the emperors face of pure confusion and surprise is golden. I describe this one line with one wordâŚTriumphant.
âI donât believe it.â
âThat is why you failâ
This is my favorite scene of Star Wars. Itâs the essence of the awe inspiring lore. This is the Yoda I know and grew up with! This is the Star Wars I grew up with! Itâs just a beautiful scene that always has led me breathless since I first popped in the VHS đ

what about civil war
Havenât seen it yet. How would you rate it on a ten scale? On Collider everybody had stellar reviews usually around a 9 or 9.5
My Marvel Movies Ranked :
Was that an actual color regrade though? It kind of just looks like the saturation has been bumped up a notch.
Pretty much every change in ROTJ is complete rubbish however.
Good thinking.
Funnily enough I quite like the Hayden change though. Yeah itâs unnecessary, but at least thereâs a reason behind it (the validity can be argued).
I feel that this change was very unacceptable. First on a logic level it makes no sense. If you have a young Hayden why not CG Yoda and Ewan. Then I would personally say that the whole âHayden is the version of the time when Anakin was last on the light sideâ argument completely ruins the importance of his turn in Jedi. And then on a nostalgic level obviously (combined with the logical problems) it ruins ultimately one of the most happy moments of the saga. That is why that and Vaders âNooâ are so criticized. They were mindless dumb changes to incredibly critical and nostalgic scenes.
But Jedi Rocks? CGI Sarlacc? CGI R2D2? Vaderâs âNooooâ? Jabbaâs Palace door size and then shrinkage? What were the point of these?
Now your back on track.
I think the ESB SE ('97) is a tad better than the theatrical though, minus some wonky CGI.
Pull out your 1997 SE VHS and skip to one of the most memorable movie scenes of all time (cloud city reveal). Absorb the weight and importance of the scene as Luke is tempted, he chooses to rather fall to an inevitable death, waitâŚis that the Emperors scream, oh god WTF is this.
Why would anyone create over five sock accounts to a website in which every member hates him?

If I get banned then I shall become more powerful then you can possible imagine.
Way to tell everyone your planning on not only getting banned but making new accounts.
Recently re watched spotlight on blu Ray. What a beautiful film. All Iv gotta say. Crazy thing is, I havenât seen Ex Machina yet! Iv heard itâs amazing so Iâm gonna pick it up on blu Ray this next weekend đ
Any more non Spolier thoughts on the film before I delve into it this next week?
The cartoons with Mark Hammil are my true batman (I love the Nolan trilogy though, donât get me wrong). Itâs just what I grew up with, so everybodyâs âtrueâ batman is different. Tim burtons batman and batman returns are very enjoyable though also đ
To be frank Iâm not a fan of your avatarâŚ
EDIT:
Your signature is not cute either
Not fan of the Zim Zam I guess?
Hmm, lets see, we have a new member that likes to be a dick and capitalises each word in his username? I wonder who that could be * * cough * * IKnowWhatYouDidLastSummer * * cough * *. Get the hint. Youâre not welcome here. You were banned for a reason.
Good to know I wasnât the only one getting suspicious.
Hans Zimmers work on TDK trilogy I appreciated. Spider-Man scores I prefer though.
And when it comes to âAvengersâ and âAge of Ultronâ and how many superhero films hold up, I think Avengers, Cap 2, and TDK remain my three favorite. Age of Ultron isnât a mess or complete crap like some say. It has its pacing issues and other flaws but I still find it an incredibly enjoyable expirence. Whereas Avengers holds up beautifully IMO. Pure fun all throughout. Winter Soilder is a captivating character piece set in a espionage/spy like plot that ultimately leaves you inspired and satisfied.
I appreciate your opinion Lucky gungan despite the immense praise so far and am looking forward to seeing how I feel about it for further discussion đ
Very interesting indeed. I think those new Hux scene ideas are pretty cool. It would help the viewer understand what the target is.
Ugh I am so stupid excited for Civil War. Just. Ughhhh.
#TeamIronMan
Already seen it đ
How do you rank it with the other movies? Hereâs the opinions Iv heard:
-2nd Favorite (behind winter Soilder)
-3rd Favorite (behind winter Soilder and avengers)
-2nd favorite (behind avengers)
-Favorite x2
Amazing work here telecine. You accomplished what we all thought was impossible.
Message from Jakku ruins Leias first appearance in my opinion. And the X wings in the other deleted scene are red. My only 2 scenes I think add really anything to the experience would be of course kylo and the falcon and Finn and the villager. They both explore the characters further.
I posted a preview of my take on Huxâs speech in the âA New Threatâ fanedit thread which is paired with Starkiller charging up and rescored. It remains where it is in the story to make no plot holes.
That sounds really well done. For the third act this is my idea.
While the bombs are being set we cut to the trench run. The very end of it where Poe gets in is cut out for later. (normally is in middle of lightsaber duel). After Hans death, right before it cuts to Chewie blowing the explosives we cut from Rey and Finn desperately firing at troopers to Starkiller firing with order 66 music coming in (or âThe Starkillerâ). We cut back to Chewie blowing the explosives (music still playing), then Poe comes through the hole and blows up the base. Then during the lightsaber duel we cut to people evacuating. Because if you allow th trench run later on there is upbeat music. If you cut a lot of the happy reactions from Poe after its blown and rescore it then it could improve the third act a lot more.
Iâve mentioned this before but it is the attention to detail for the aesthetic that I love the most. I had the opportunity at a New Years party to meet the guy who was hired to create all the starfields for the movie. He talked to me about how they wanted him to do it in a relatively short amount of time and he begged for more so he could have time to do it right. He painstakingly painted in every star trying to match the look of the starfields in SW. And that effort was not wasted because the first time I saw the movie I looked at the starfield in the opening crawl and my first thought was âit looks like a slightly more blue despecialized starfield.â
Itâs that dedication and attention to detail thatâs present throughout the movie that I love. I mean, this guy could have created a perfectly fine starfield in a couple minutes for each shot just using some tools in photoshop or after effects or something, but you can tell everyone involved in the movie has a deep love for Star Wars and wanted to do it right.
Sure, the story is a bit re-hashy and all, but Iâd take that over a film made by people just phoning in their work any day.
Beautiful analysis DL. Have u checked out âSecrets of the Force Awakensâ doc yet? It totally shows you even more the dedication and love put into the film.
Very drastic cuts but you have my interest for sure! Would love to see this.
Sorry - wouldnât count on it. V2.0 is still pretty good though đ
Oh god what an understatement. V 2.0 is a fucking masterpiece harmy. I ABOSLUTELY love it. The colors are my favorite of any preservation/fanedit and the reconstruction is just done so damn well. Iâll never be able to thank you enough.
Showing my family my favorite Star Wars movie in its theatrical presentation was very special to me and Iâd like to thank you again for your work.
Sounds good!
