Duracell, I must say that your favorite and least favorites for Revolver would be switched for me.

It doesn’t matter in regards to TLJ being a better movie or not.

But I still subjectively think the hair looks stupid.

I have gotten some feedback that the new transition I made (shown a few posts above) feels a little rushed and that there should be more Resistance material. What do you guys think? I want to make sure the pacing works well.

Absolutely. I would say it is even more inspiring. Him telling his wife, who is watching over TV, that “He did it” is so emotional. And what’s funny is that they were forced to have her watch the fight over TV since scheduling issues wouldn’t allow for her to be at the fight. Luckily it made for a fantastic scene.

Good Will Hunting is always reliable to lift ya up and Rocky will always be the most inspirational. Throw Rocky 2 in there as well. I might even like Rocky 2 more in some ways…

I absolutely loved the Arctic Monkey’s first album. It was an absolute rocker so I am very much looking forward to checking out their new album.

I recently had an argument about the opening space battle of Episode 3.

Basically, everyone thought I was an idiot for preferring the Battle of Yavin to the videogame lightshow in episode 3 where you can’t even tell what is going on.

While that is an entirely inconsequential thing to complain about, and also a stupid reason to not like the movie, if I had my way, the purple hair would be gone.

Right. This is why I prefer that laws on this follow scientific opinion rather than religious opinion.

Yeah but it still doesn’t change that Luke dying did not benefit the sequel trilogy, as it is now. I can see having Luke die if Leia is the focus of episode 9 but obviously that is not an option anymore. They could have easily let Luke live with the existing footage. Even faneditors can do it, so why not a major studio.

Imagine ending with Luke staring at the sunsets, him fulfilled, back in the fight, and we cut to credits as we look forward to his role in episode 9.

Just my own take and I used to like the fact that he died so I totally see where people are coming from.

Now I just need to start praying that JJ has the balls to fully bring Luke back in an epic manner. That has absolutely become by biggest desire for episode 9.
