The Hobbit.  I don't have time to write an extensive review, but I will just say that I should never have worried.  I greatly enjoyed it.  It seems those who criticize it expected it to be more like LOTR or more faithful to the book.  Again, it's a different tale than LOTR, and to expect the same thing defeats the source material.  But I also thought that it was surprisingly faithful to the book for an adaptation for film, and all expanded material made sense in context of the greater conflict of the series.  My biggest disappointment was that Riddles in the Dark skipped several riddles, but it of course makes sense that we're not trying to put the audience to sleep after an already lengthy film.  But definitely it was wonderful!

I see.  Funny the details you never notice.  So much invested in atmosphere that is never fully appreciated, yet without it, it feels so sterile and false.  One of the things I've always loved best about the OOT is the real "lived in" feeling folks have talked about.  It really added to the feeling of immersion into the films when I first fell in love with them.

Make sure you are walking and getting other exercise.  Sitting with your legs bent for long periods of time makes a person much more likely to get a blood clot.  If you notice any swelling, get to a doctor.

However, I'd venture that it was probably just a cramp if it already passed.  And you're pretty young, making it much less likely to be a blood clot.

Is that picture from ANH?  Or is it a TPM Tatooine replication.  They seemed to try to recreate a number of ideas from the OT, and the quality and color in the picture seems to match TPM to my untrained eyes.

Yes, that's a pretty dangerous piece of malware.  Nothing seems to eradicate, despite one's best efforts.

Yep...though I thought it wasn't originally in Dutch and that there are several unique elements to the original.  I doubt we'd find it without the Dutch, but did the full Dutch version show up online before vanishing, because now there are only the various clips available.

Is there actually some source for the complete "missing" ESB documentary?  I see a few clips, but it's not complete.  I get the impression that it was up and then was taken down.  Did anyone grab it before it disappeared?
