Dario Argento's Three Mothers (* unfinished project - lots of info *)
Time

I agree with you AF regarding the above project, it interests me none, I have read exactly what you commented on and that just will not work for our projects, and if the audio is captured from the LD I do not want that either, I would want a bit perfect rip, this would be much better sounding, damn, and I do not have either the Japanese or French release of Suspiria, I wonder if anyone here does? I do have these versions to work with right now,

Dario Argento's Three Mothers (* unfinished project - lots of info *)
Time

I am tossing around some ideas on these right now but would like some input, which version of Suspiria looks the best on BD? from my understanding none of the BD releases has the correct color timing, and I also remember someone did a DVD version of this with the lossless PCM, does anyone know if this was captured or ripped bit perfect? if ripped bit perfect I sure would like to find this, if captured, well not so much lol, also is there a DVD that does have the correct color timing? I need something to color time to.

Inferno also has a few Worldwide releases, but I have found out that the German Koch Media Book is the best release for this, and a kind member here is in the process of helping me obtain this, so a huge thanks to him, but is there any issues with this title? wrong color, audio issues, etc.? from what I have read this is pretty much perfect, just region B, but again I need your input whether this is true or not.

Now Mother of Tears was only released in France and I already have this and just found out it is uncut, but has forced subs when English is chosen, well this I can bypass easy enough, so I do not think there is anything more we can do with this, it is good to go.

My idea here is to make a 3 Disc Set that has the best of the best of all the releases so we can have everything in 1 package instead of all the different releases all over the damn place lol, Suspiria will need some work, not sure about Inferno, and Mother of Tears should be good to go easy enough.

Well this is all just ideas now but once we start talking things can get ramped up pretty easily lol, so does anyone have any thoughts or ideas here?

Thanks

Info: General Terminator 1 & 2 Discussions.
Time

What would you guys like to see on this for extras, not T2, just asking about T1 for now, we want to keep it to extras not yet released on BD, and just rare cool shit, see we are trying to figure out if this really needs to be a BD50, the encode now is at 30 Mbps AVG and is only 19.5 GB's, so if there is not much for extras then we should be able to encode it a just a little less and use a BD25 instead, so please share your thoughts and suggestions.

Thanks

*right now all we have is  the video, 2 audio tracks(LD PCM and DTS-HD MA 5.1) and the making of documentary, I am tossing around the idea of possibly making a custom Iso Score, but sometimes it is very hard to figure out where the tracks go lol, so I am not real sure on this.

If you're using the BD video without any color adjustment, the frames shouldn't require any color matching.

Here are the frame numbers I have for the frames that need to be replaced:

Baby Herman Scene:
6896, 6897, 6898, 6898, 6899, 6900, 6911, 6912, 6913, 6914, 6915 ,6916, 6917, 6918

Betty Boop Scene
26235

Jessica Rabbit scene
109674, 109675, 109679, 109680, 109681, 109682, 109704, 109705, 109706, 109707, 109708, 109715, 109716, 109717, 109718, 109719, 109720, 109721

Thank you for this, so I just want to check just 1 more time lol, so are these all that can be verified? I would hate to get all this done and re authored up to find out that we found more lol.

Thanks again

*edit - those frame numbers are off for me, the baby Herman ones are way off for me and the Betty slip is off, the Jessica ones look right I need to go through it more, we must have different version Roger Rabbit BD's.

Who Framed Roger Rabbit? - uncensored HDTV airing(s) (Released)
Time

I am going to rip the video to my drive today, does anyone have the time codes or frame numbers of where exactly these edited frames go this would really help speed things up, I have not seen this movie in years, and do the edited frames need to be color matched? my plan is to edit in the frames(color match if necessary) and then re-encode and swap out videos but leave the entire BD as is, complete with extras and menu's, so if anyone has this info it would help speed things up lol, I only have time to do this because I am waiting on project files for testing.

Thanks

Will we see this on myspleen?

Not sure, this is going to be huge to upload and I hate the hit and runners so I may do newsgroups, just not sure yet.

H&R's do not really bother me much on DVD sized uploads because of my speed, but when the file is this big everyone needs help until it is well seeded.

I fully agree with my partner on this, we looked at the DVD, the HD stream as well as the LD, and this is as close to what it was that we can get,as with all projects you will not please everyone, and as You_Too said, the BD is out there, color it yourself until your hearts content, this is how I remember it and I watched this movie 1000 times with my oldest Son years ago, this US Theatrical version looked nothing like the retail Blu-ray, nothing.

So it is a good thing I posted screens, now some will know if they want to download this or not when the time comes.

Thanks You_Too for clearing all that up today while I was at work lol, you the man!

I also wanted to add that You_Too is also correct in that we will not be re visiting this again, this is it, there will be no more changes to the color, we worked very hard and long just to get where we are right now, so it is what it is.

DTS audio preservation .... UPDATE 07 May 2015 ... Work In Progress
Time

lol where in my post does it come off as I am not calm? people read to much into text lol, but I will say I hope you do find the Cinema DTS CD's and share, and of course we all hear things differently and like things differently, this goes without saying, I was just wondering if someone had some substantial proof or facts that this audio track is bad, keep calm lol, if I go any calmer I will be sleeping, I am just sharing my opinion like anyone else in this thread in that I liked the BD very much so, so again I hope you do find Cinema DTS tracks so we can hear this audio for ourselves and see what if any the differences are.

If it is better, then great! I friggin love this movie, by the way where do you even find these Discs? Ebay?
