(iirc, msycamore has further refined the alien subtitles in this new set, and they are now *really* close to the correct theatrical ones :) )

I think msycamore helped DJ with the subs and timing on the V3 DVDs, but this time it's all my work. Harmy sent me a few photoshop files back when I helped him recreate the original subs for his version, and I used them for this one too. It was a lot of work since the original subs didn't match the closest-looking font completely.

@deepanddark20: While I understand that it was what we all watched on video, theatrical is theatrical and there were no episodes in 1977 so that's how a theatrical version has to be.

^This is 100% true.

Hi Deathcab6366,

Congratulations on the awesome coverart worK! Keep them coming

And I also have a suggestion / request. Could you please make matching covers for other titles of the same franchise. Studio covers usually suck and they don't use original poster art for the moves.

I mean, Fright Night, for example, would be my most wanted. But one for Conan the Destroyer would be very nice also.

I know I am not Deathcab but for right now we do not have any time at all to make custom covers of already retail release BD's, sorry, we are just to darn busy.

All the projects are looking great! As always, I can't wait to watch them!

I have just one technical question, will they include the LD audio? For me, this is the most desirable feature for any 80'ies and 90'ies movies.

I know some of them don't have a digital PCM track and, in these cases, an analog track capture would be desirable.

If I have the LD's then yes, if not no, and if there is no 5.1 track I will make a custom one like for Fright Night Part II.

Thanks to all of you for the very kind words, and you guys know I try and give something special to those that help us out, but I have to say that this idea came from our newest member Deathcab6366, he is our official art guy, he does all our case and disc art and is now going to help lighten the load for our menu guy by helping out with menu designs and such, but he knew what I try to do and he came up with this great idea and I to love it! these little lobby cards are kick ass! hopefully we can still keep doing this but as I have said in a different thread it is getting more and more difficult to do, the amount of "out of pocket" money by me is pretty high and shipping is terrible now but I will see what I can do.

Thanks again guys but there is still 1 more out there, just as soon as I hear from him then I will releases the links for the files.

DoomBot, dvdmike: I prefer the US theatrical cut as well.

lol I can never get these right, is the US Theatrical the one with S-Mart?

Yep!

Shop smart. Shop S-mart.

Love it!!!

Yea I don't like the other ending, the one where he over sleeps lol, I should know this but how many darn versions of this film are there? I thought there was only 2, Apocalyptic ending and S-Mart ending.
