Please, for those wanting to start their own projects, go start your own thread, these threads we make are for our projects, not to discuss others projects, when we come into our thread because it is bumped I want to read what we are doing or what people want to see, or to discuss possible extras, etc. what we don't want to read about is other peoples doings, we can do that if we choose in your thread.

Thanks

DJ, the DVD has nothing in the way of extras... I don't even remember seeing much BTS promotional stuff or press kit material regarding the film from way back.  I was always recording stuff on a vcr back then when Entertainment Tonight would do set visits and interviews.  I distinctly remember seeing an amazing set visit to The Terminator during filming at Tech Noir... they even showed footage of the cameraman filming Arnold as he entered the club.  Amazing stuff.  But I never saw anything for Private School and I watched that damn show every day.  This one may have to be a basic presentation.  The HDTV broadcast looks great though so it's well worth it.  I'm amazed this one made the list because it's a personal fav of the teen sex comedies of the '80s.  They don't make flicks like that anymore.  Goofy but fun and the women were incredible.

Thanks, this is what I thought, well Private School and The Wild Life are probably going to be the most bare releases we have ever done, there won't even be LD audio included, both LD's are kind of expensive and I do not think either has digital PCM anyways, but we keep looking anyways, AvP is going to provide us with his HD remastering of the Private School trailer, so a big thanks to him for that.

Does anyone have the 1080i file for "Don't Tell Mom The Babysitter's Dead"?  I'm working on a release of my own but only have the 720p file.  If anyone is interested in helping with this release, please let me know

Please start your own thread to ask for files, this is for our projects and discussion of our projects.

Thanks

Sometimes, it takes a bit.  Now that I've got 1 & 3, finding 2 might be a bit easier.  Hopefully.

I will let you know Bring it On is decoded.

Thank you very much, this is greatly appreciated, and we wish you great luck on RH2, would love to have lossless audio for this baby.

DJ,

I've got a lead on RH2 .... I'll keep you posted.

Now that is music to my ears! this would be great news, thank you and I will keep my fingers crossed.

By the way all this DTS talk just reminded me I have not yet put my DTS LD rip of Mortal Kombat in sync yet, I keep reading this blows away the blu-ray audio and I want to hear the differences now myself.

If you decide to upload that DTS LD audio, please let us know.  I would love to sync it to my bluray and give it a spin.

:)

Don't worry it will be uploaded I just need to get time, I already have it ready to be put in sync with the BD just need to do it.

note on this LD digital PCM, this was by far the worst quality digital PCM I have ever heard,

me scrap the whole deal lol, I hope to never, ever run into this again, and I have 2 LD’s of this

Sorry to bump this thread, but does anyone know if there is a Cinema DTS disc for Rush Hour 2?

Thanks

I will take a look around DJ ..... if I can obtain it, I will.

Thank you, hopefully there is one but who knows? I just hope the HDX video looks as good as the retail BD's for 1 & 3, I still cannot believe part 2 is still a no show, and for this long even.

1 more thing, do you know if there is one for this movie, now don't laugh lol, Bring it On?

DJ, I have acquired "Bring It On" but I am still working on Rush Hour 2.  I obtained Rush Hour 1 & 3 but those are not what you're looking for.

Cheers!!!!

Whoa, now that's great news! funny no love from the Cinema DTS CD's for Rush Hour 2 as well lol.

Sky in the UK used to show Warriors in HD

Would this be of any use if SKY showed it again, isnt SKY encrypted?.

Sky stopped showing the Star Trek Movies in HD over 5 years ago yet we have them, point is there are HD versions of the TC

lol a few keep saying this but no one has proven it yet, come on guys provide a link or a file, we do these projects for you guys to not just ourselves, so please help us help you lol, where are these HD files for the theatrical version?

Check my edit, I am watching it right now!

OK but how does that help here? can you capture the video? just curious how this helps lol.

Thanks

edit, I just looked on our Netflix and it is unavailable in HD to stream only DVD, not that it would have done any good for me anyways because I can't capture.

IIRC, there was an expanded Limited Edition CD soundtrack release this past year.

Yes indeed, it is from La-La-Land and it includes Barry Devorzon's full score — which is a lot of fun — after the original LP program (it's actually what prompted me to re-watch the film). There are a few songs that are not on the soundtrack album, but with a little research I think an isolated music track could be assembled.

This is the limited to 3000 release right? if so I have one in hand right now new\sealed, I bought this and the score CD to The Black Hole from SAE a while back, so it sure would be great if we can find an HD version of the theatrical to make this happen.

BY the way I need help guys, I thought we would never find any extras for Fright Night Part 2, well now I am wondering if there is anything at all out there for Private School?

Team Blu, i hope you find time in the near future to restore The Warriors to its former glory. If a proper HD version cant be found i recommend the PAL DVD for upscaling the missing frames. I watched it recently and i thought the picture quality was very good for a standard definition DVD.

If someone can provide me a link or the files to an HD file this will be done, this is a true classic and needs to be put back to theatrical for sure!

Search Usenet for SpaceCamp 1986 1080i HDTV DD5.1 MPEG2-TrollHD.

This is a very nice transfer but has one major problem. It has a rather large station logo in the bottom right corner. Says "HDNET MOVIES KIDS SCENE". I know dark_jedi wont touch caps that have a logo. Maybe one of you guys knows a process to remove the studio logo. You_Too?

Thanks, and you are right, if it has a big Studio logo running throughout the film we can't use it, and I am not a fan of logo blurring, this looks like shit to me lol.
