Hi Digital,
just got the discs today,and have them transfered to my hard drive,i will burn the dual-layer disc tonight,and get back to you ASAP on the comparison,but just a fast glance on the PC,got damn does it look good,i wish the original version was available in this quality,damn its nice,keep up the great work!
also on a side note,what do you use to author your DVD's? i really want to learn how to set the layer-break,you set it in your author program right?

I am a Star Trek fan also,i have the Original series,Voyager,and Enterprise(too bad that was ended so soon)and ALL movies,and the complete animated series,all i need to get now is TNG and DS9 to finish my Collection.

Hi guys,need help on something,i am about to author my first DL project,what program do you use to author and set the layer-break,and is it as simple as setting a chapter point? also does the authoring program give you a safe area where you should place the L-B(what i mean is you cant set the L-B to soon and waste space can you),and when finished,how do you add the dvd-rom folder?
sorry for all the questions,and i hope it all makes sense,but I dont have alot of DL discs to be wasting,like i said this will be a first for me

TR47 are you a member of demonoid?maybe you can post it there for us,because myspleen is to damn impossible to get fricking clearance at,that is why i dont give a shit if my stuff ever goes there any more,you make donations to keep the damn site running,and this is every month he needs donations(not from me any more)and then he wont even let you up stuff,and i also had alot of stuff i could share,but OH well,sorry for the rant,just really sour over myspleen

I dont speak for everyone,but i am sure some of us would like a little more info,
Blade Runner Criterion Disc- did you capture this,and if so is it anamorphic widescreen,filtered non filtered?
Blade Runner The Director's Cut (2 Discs)-is this from the hi-def file out there now,or is it a dvd rip from the official release,and why is it 2 discs?
and how big is this myspleen file going to be?
