adding LFE to GOUT (Released)

That's what I thought, but I wanted to make sure before just saying it outright.

dark_jedi:  earlier I had posted the AC3 files that I've been using, which are 448k versions with special edition lfe added in.  The 2.1 channel format I used is unusual and apparently doesn't play nicely with some setups, plus some folks wanted to use these in PAL-land, so I posted the source pcms so that anyone who wanted to could make their own version.  Having the original stereo source and putting it through a Prologic 2 or similar upmixing algorithm, and then adding the bass, to get a 5.1 channel format, will work better for those who don't have a receiver that will properly upmix a 2.1 track and keep the bass intact, or whatever other issues there might be.  I tried to create a 5.1 version myself but have been having trouble getting such schemes to work on my computer.  Hence the pcm.  ;)

Thank you very much for the explanation,I am grabbing your ac3 files now,so did anyone make a 5.1 mix? and if so,how does it sound? and is there links to it?

Thanks again

damn this is really strange,ANH and ROTJ fire right up,but I get the above error on ESB,I am confused.

Hmm, I've observed that when there's a problem with just ESB, usually the solution is to completely remove the subtitles section as there are none for it. I know that's worked for myself and atleast a couple others.

In line 60, should the "Nop()" be replaced with a "last"?

Thanks M,That also worked.

Thank you after I removed ALL lines related to the subs, now it works.

Well since ESB did not work I did ROTJ and the lossless 35.7 GB file is complete, and it took 24 hours, now to ESB but I want to see this "ghosting" that was mentioned above first.

Tomorrow night I will start rendering all 3 into lossless avi files,I have plenty of room so it is no big deal at all, these can then be used for xvid\x264\dvd encoding, but before I start I want to touch base with a couple of people first,so G-force you have a PM my friend.

I want to get these as perfect as I can so any changes have to be done today\tonight so I can start it all tomorrow night.

Gamestop just called me and said there is an issue with ALL codes, should be fixed in a day or two.

I think it's because 360 Marketplace is down. Damn fun game and can't wait to try out multi-player. Got the T-Shirt, code in the case and the $10 movie thing yesterday.

Is it me or does it seem like the Vigo painting is voiced by Max von Sydow?

Yep I got all the same plus an extra tshirt, the guy gave me 2 of them LOL.

What exclusive code would that be?  And is it 360-exclusive, or would it work on a PS3 as well?

Not sure if the PS3 got one,but I am pretty sure they did,but Best Buy and Gamestop had exclusive redeemable codes that came with the game,I bought the 360 version and it has the flight suit code from Ghostbusters 2,but none are working,I was wondering if you got your code to work.

and I have Mass Effect now, going to give it a go later on.

Just started playing Ghost Busters - it's pretty awesome.  Though it kinda sucks that half the time you're standing around watching the other four guys talk to each other.  I wish you could've played as each one of them, alternating, throughout the game, instead of some random new guy who doesn't even have a name.

And the story's not terribly original.  I mean, come on, the library lady ... again?  Stay Puft ... again?  The hotel with Slimer ... again?  Often with the same jokes reused in these sections?  It's fun in videogame form, but it's certainly not Ghost Busters III like it was advertised (at least to me).

And DJ, Mass Effect is insanely amazing.  It's the one game that makes me wish I had a 360, just so I could finish it and play the sequels.  I highly recommend it.  Though after playing it, you'll hate the way every other RPG does dialogue.  It's such an innovative and intuitive conversation system, that it makes every other RPG (including KOTOR) look boring and unpolished (at least in the dialogue aspect).

I am on my way to Best Buy right now damnit, now I have to have it(Mass Effect),and I have a $5 coupon to LOL so it will only be $15 plus tax.

also ChainsawAsh did you have any problems redeeming your exclusive code for the Ghostbusters game?
I can't get mine to work and evidently noone can.

OH and by the way,I agree with your gripes, but damn it is still pretty fun,and very cool.

Well Ghostbusters is really friggin COOL!

the likenesses are well done, and the real voices are great, the controls are not to bad to learn, and graphics and sound(so far I am only starting)are fantastic.

But I want to know if anyone here has played Mass Effect?
friends of mine at work are shocked as hell that I do not have this in my collection,so I am thinking about picking it up,also see there is a part 2 coming out in January,so any comments on this game would be nice,OH and I already knoe(from my friends at work)that it is made by the same people that did KOTOR,which HAS to be a good thing.
