If you are talking about each side of the LD, you will definitely need to do some editing there to make them match up right like the movie, you will always have to trim some off the end of a side and some off the start of a side, this will need to be done with the audio as well, correct me if I am wrong, but you can't let the LD player automatically switch sides and leave it like that, that will be terrible.

of course this may not be what you are talking about but it sure sounds like it.

So is this a keeper then? do we keep subs as is or will it be something you can adjust fairly easily msycamore?

At least this way I do not have to f**k with the audio again.

Sorry Russ I was not bashing you, these were burned years ago, and at the time they probably were good DVDr's, but obviously now we know different, no biggie, as I said, I have all of them now and they are all fine.

The problem is most of us that had these got them on crappy DVDr's and are unreadable now, but fortunately I got ALL of my DVB DVD's ripped and backed up on an external and re burned to Tayo Yudens, I had already posted that I have ALL Broadcast DVD's and that I may upload them sometime in the future, but right now I have projects going and will not be.

I mean some of you know that I am working on a v2 version of the '97 SE's, what do you think I am working from LOL?

Yes ESB Imperial Edition is finished and uploaded to myspleen.

Damn I wish I knew how to split into 5 and then get your LFE, I can encode 5.1 easy enough, I do it all the time.

Do you have the stereo wav and LFE already uploaded somewhere? I wouldn't mind trying Dr.M's guide for this if you have links, good practice anyways, and something to do, PM if interested.

No it is not the only thing.

I am not sure what you give to satanika, but if you send him the 6 mono wav files I can encode that to 5.1, if that is what you send him, I am not sure what you guys do.

I do hope g-force is OK though, I don't think he has even posted in a pretty long time.

I posted this in the '97 SE "take 2" thread but some of this is relevant here as well.

I already said I was sorry to msycamore and I told him why this is getting very frustrating, but I will give you the jist of it, I WANT to finish these and be done, it is a character flaw in me big time and I freely admit it, I have no patience, some things I am waiting on, to me, I can't see what the hold up is, but this mainly pertains to the GOUT v3 set, msycamore and I are already looking into this and if there is anything that can be done, it might get done, but if not, it stays the way it is.

Now I want to go ahead and say this, I appreciate all the help from people contributing to these sets, but I have a full time job, I have kids, I have a house to take care of, and all the other stuff to being an adult and I am buzzing right along(also did a side project with ABC) LOL I guess I just wish everyone else was to is all, but I now have everything on my external in regards to the GOUT v3 set, I hate to do that because then when the files I need do appear at some point, hopefully I will remember what is what.

@vbangle, I did not forget about you dude.

You are right Russ, maybe need to go to private releasing instead, keep it all behind closed doors.

Yea it was snatched 45 times and barely any comments, but like I told you in PM's, I really could care less if anyone likes this or not, we made it because of something we came up with, You and I like it and that is all that matters to me, if you didn't live so far away I would have just sent it to you by post and would have been done with it.

as you said, it is done, I am not going to replace every red scene, or now make reivax the base, it is what it is now, and like I said in the GOUT v3 thread, not trying to be a smart ass, but if you guys are not happy with it there are other projects doing this same set, either wait for theirs or make your own, I feel like I am putting to much time in this '97 set as it is, especially sync'ing the LD DD 5.1 track.

Yes of course it was done with g-force's script(the ONLY thing modified was the subs), I do not want to be a smart ass here but people can make there own encodes if they want, the scripts have been posted(except for Jedi), if you do not like what you see or something seems off to you, all I can say to you guys is, make your own.

Things can be a little different from PC to PC, also OS's could make a difference.

and as far as updates on this project, it is still the same as the last few, so this is now on hold for who knows how long, I am going to move all files over to an external and get them off my main drives since I have not touched them in weeks.

Yea, he is the share god I think, he doesn't ask anyone anything first, he just does, but at least he did give US credit this time, he has uploaded something I did before with out any credit at all, glory hound.

I sent you a PM with the DVD specs for all 3, but as I said I am still waiting on things before I can even test and finish, so hopefully nothing changes, I was hoping to have SW and ESB done by now so I can move on to sync'ing the audio from the LD's for Jedi.
