Is it just me or am i seeing updated avatars without having to hit Ctrl+F5 anymore? (i refresh out of habit, so i am not sure if i have been doing that and just didn’t notice, or maybe Jay found a way to fix the issue)

Grabbed leftovers out of the fridge this morning (as i often do) for lunch.

Opened container to heat it up, and discovered that the Salmon was already eaten, and i just have a small amount of mac’n’cheese and grilled asparagus for my lunch.

And it feels like a special kind of issue related only to PMs. It almost seems like sometimes when you you the unread topic it skips over one of the new posts and takes you to a more recent post. And that somehow is what gets things out of sync.

If that makes any sense.

Feel like sometimes when I’ve gone back in to read the topic a second time I noticed a post I hadn’t seen before and when I see that post I then noticed that my notification bubble got cleared.

Mainly the Stylesheet is just broken on the TOS (like it is on help and about). looking forward to oojason’s updates.

I question the need for that in the General section as well. OffTopic has some random NSFW threads, use those next time?

Correct. If you are suggesting that the droid factory is pointless too, I agree. Still, as I said, that was one of the few scenes in the prequels which evoked any emotional reaction in me. Canto Bright didn’t.

I sometimes get this behavior, and if i revisit the last page of the most recently active PM threads, and scroll down all the posts, it seems to turn the bubble off. No idea if actually ‘seeing’ all the posts is necessary, but that magic incantation seems to work for me, so i keep doing it.

Since things seem to be in progress of being updated. (And hopefully that includes the long promised fixing of the http://originaltrilogy.com/about.html and http://originaltrilogy.com/help.html pages)

New users need to agree to the terms of service (http://originaltrilogy.com/terms-of-service.html - which is also broken and quite out of date (RSS feeds? hah).

Our ‘rules’ should be made into a top level page like about and help, and new users should be told to read them (in addition to the terms of service).
