Disenchantment, Matt Groening’s new show on Netflix.
Not quite done with the half-season, but I’m enjoying it a lot so far.
I watched a few because I was home with a sick kid and didn’t have anything else I could do really.
Maybe I’m just getting old but I didn’t find the show very funny.

I don’t think they exist.

AOTC’s only saving grace for me is the lightsaber duel between Yoda and Dooku (yes I enjoy that scene, sue me).
Lots of people bash that scene, but when I saw it in the theater, the entire audience lost it when Yoda opened his robe and Force-pulled the lightsaber into his hand.
It seems hardcore Star Wars fans are likely as detached from what audiences like about the prequels (and probably sequels) as what they don’t.
Same here. (I remember a similar theater reaction)
and I think you were right about lots of people still liking that. But on the flip side I think lots of people view those movies as not that serious and so it is easier for them to enjoy those somewhat silly fun action scenes.

If it airs at 10 pm, that is a bit odd. Maybe that is sorta normal for unproven shows? Something has to go in that slot.
I assume there will be reruns aired in different time slots? I don’t pay much attention to how networks organize themselves, so just conjecture on my part.
It’s often racist and sexist, but it seems true
I should think.
It seems the Resistance trailer has not been recieved very well. The like/dislike ratio is 1:2 on youtube. Compare this to the 30:1 ratio for the upcoming Clone Wars season.
I doubt if those clicking like and dislike on YouTube are actually the Target demographic. I wouldn’t worry about it.

It has at least one effect. Paragraphs.
Hahaha.
Perhaps the nerd Neverar would like to choose out next category?
I’m hoping this is all from the first episode, though. If not, this show is going to get very bland, very quickly - I want to see some variation in locations and visuals rather than everything being bright, pastel, and on a water planet…
i agree. one of Rebels’ main flaws was how much Lothal there was.
Almost definitely a budget thing. I did like Rebels more focused scope though. The bigger issue was that most of the other planets they visited were often quite boring. Again, though, budgets.
From what I’ve seen of the universe most planets are boring.
I don’t like that, as I picture the reality of it would be quite awful.
However, I do like the idea of being able to have more fun with the avatar.
^ I’ve seen other forums do something similar to that.
Comparing this forum to another? That’s -7 reputation balls.
It’s true. Plus they don’t like to let me out of here.

that feels a bit forced… switching the order. i’ll allow it, but i don’t like it.
A sherbet lemon is the British term for what Americans call a lemon drop.
I learned this from reading the UK version of Harry Potter.
oi mate you got a loicense for that? 'at’s illegal outside the commonwealth.
