Well Han Solo is one of my favourite charectors from the movies but my all time fav is Dash Rendar mainly because I grew up with the n64 SOTE game so it would be cool if they made a standalone film about him just after the events in SOTE

I want to know if anybody want to see a preservation of the Star Wars Special Edition Trilogy taken from the original VHS box set released in 1997 and the only reason I am asking this is because I looked everywhere for a good copy online of this the only really good thing I found was the flunk edit on myspleen but there is only one problem there are no subtitles when greedo talks to Han nor when Han talks to Jabba and another reason is because there is no torrent anywhere not even on myspleen that has all three movies in one folder and it is all mainly ANH anyways and as I was told earlier the 97 SE’s are in low demand probably because of the color such as the pink tone seen in the mos-eisely sequence but if anybody is interested in seeing something like this please post a reply thanks.

@Charliex look for a program called mezzmo. Has been my one stop solution for streaming. 360 is crazy picky with files not fed to it by a media server.
I don't see how I should start a new thread as you said the 97 SE,s aren't a big thing and I don't think anyone will be interested and right now I need a better program than what we have installed into the computer because it records a 4:3 frame around the picture luckily these are fullscreen because we would all see a rectangle box within the 4:3 aspect ratio so I might look into it but for now I don't think anyone's interested in this
you guy may not care much about this but I have all three of the 97 SE,s on my laptop thanks to VHS converter software I have them as TS files because I tried looking for them even on myspleen and the torrents are dead and they where mostly ANH sure the color may be wrong but I say all versions should be preserved

well if you also have seen the James Bond film Moonraker it is alot like Star Wars and funny thing at the end of The Spy Who Loved Me it says "James Bond will return in For Your Eyes Only" but that was until after the release of Star Wars they decided to "put James Bond in space" so they made Moonraker instead and after that they want back to For Your Eyes Only

well I found the original audition tapes and will be using the ones with mark hamill harrison for and carrie fisher and insert the ones into the fan doc and if this goes well I will use the deleted scenes not only for this but an edit of the movie calles STAR WARS unchanged edition and it will be the entire movie as scripted but that is after I have finished this so put it out of you minds til this is over
My mind is going to be blown away once this is finally finished "long live despecialized edition 2.X,s"
I have decided that when I do finish this I will give out a rough edit of the fan doc to anyone who asks and I will PM to them. I will notify everyone on this thread when I have the rough version available the final version will be posted on myspleen
