Depending on the structure of this particular DVD however, that may not even be necessary. You might just find the chapters are listed independently and it'll just be a matter of ordering them correctly.

v3.2 is fine. All you do is:

1. Click the re-author button.
2. Browse to the files you want to re-author.
3. Drag and drop from the right pane to the left (or maybe double-click to add I think).
4. Right click the files in the left hand side and choose to select start and end frames.

Viola!

I'm writing this from memory coz I'm on the work PC so it may not be exact, but that's the gist.

Yup, cool eh? The best thing abut using this technique is that you can specify not to re-encode the video, therefore no quality degradation.

Easy. Open the video_ts folder as files on your hard drive. Click the reauthor button and either export the episodes individually (if they are on there correctly in their separate episodes) or chose to specify start and end frames to export the episodes one at a time. Once they've all been exported you can reimport them all in the correct order, export again then burn.

You know, this would be a piece of cake on a PC. You could use either Womble MPEGVCR or ShrinkDVD and have it done in half an hour. I'm sorry I don't know the equivalent programs on a mac, can you commandeer a PC from somewhere?

Yup sorry dark_jedi, that's my bad, I should have cloned the dvd, whereas I just copied the movie. Here I uploaded the label for you tho. I think IIRC Darth Editous stated he wasn't making a cover for it because he was just going to put it in his trilogy case.
