^That’s on the WOWOW too. I think it’s just how the scene was filmed. People seem to be confusing “regrade to theatrical” with “perfect balance everywhere” these days…
There does run the risk of Special Snowflake Syndrome™, but with the right approach it works out. Sometimes kids need that boost to really go for their passions, fixations, whathaveyou.

Disclaimer: I generally see Aspergers as a handicap I work to overcome, so I’m overly sensitive. It’s done me a lot of good in my life, but makes what comes natural to others difficult for me.
Telling anyone that the way you’ve approached it is an insult, or at least immature. Like it or not, speaking as someone with Aspergers himself, when diagnosed by a total stranger–it is rude as hell.

It also doesn’t help that “how is it possible?” is said by modern James Earl Jones. The voice is there, but the filters are night and day between the rest of his dialogue in the movie let alone the scene.
I work with elementary schoolers now.
It is very easy to tell which ones think they’re God’s Gift to the World™ and were probably raised thus far to think so. And I’m getting flashbacks to when I was in elementary myself. No specific kids give me a reaction akin to one particular bully I had but the personality types are all there.
Wonderful kids except for a few though.
Believe it or not I might have just scrolled through the monkey dick because I don’t remember seeing it. I’m so used to all those (unfortunately popular) Harambe memes that if I wasn’t paying close enough attention I could easily write it off as that.

Oh god. I really needed to see Michael Myers as a bitchy kid didn’t I? That’s like showing Darth Vader as a bitchy kid. And don’t get me started on the painful dialogue, or the rushed second half. At least the direction was alright and some of the performances were okay, or this would have been irredeemable.

Just watched the original myself last night, funnily enough. I’m an easy scare, so it was a great time. Would recommend to anyone who likes suspense over shock horror (though there’s still some of that!) 8/10.
A Nightmare on Elm Street 3: Dream Warriors (1987)
Enjoyed it a lot, I can see why it’s considered the “fan favourite.” The performances were all good, no real standouts, other than Robert Englund, who’s not in it much, and unlike the original he wasn’t spectacular when he was on screen. The characters were all developed well enough, though some came across as cliches and little more than an excuse to have a flashy death scene (which were all creative and my favourite parts of the film). It was also stuffed full of eighty’s cheese, which means that it hasn’t aged well at all. But overall it was very fun and had some great practical effects.

Just aw this for the first time not too long ago myself. It’s a boatload of fun, and not to be missed if you can handle 80’s camp. “Welcome to Primetime, BITCH!”
At 2:45 there’s some extremely rough test footage applied to some Empire scenes, but nothing finished. I don’t know how far they went into testing CGI Yoda via matching the puppet’s movement; perhaps that’s what you’re looking for?
Kate McKinnon is top tier. I hope people end up holding her to the same regard they currently do Wiig. I love her mostly for her Hillary, but in every other role she gets to be so goofy!
Even LA is prey to poorly produced local news segments. I can’t remember the last time I thought that website (or local news itself) was useful.
