That I have a VHS set of the original trilogy (unknown if this is the faces or pan & scan) somewhere in the house. I just wanted to share that, as it makes me very happy that I will finally be able to truly compare it (a VHS I copied from my friend was recorded in EP and has all 3 on it, want to see if I have a real copy.)

I was a bigger fan of Wizard of Id, but it's still nonetheless a shame to lose the creator of B.C.
The LA Times pulled it a few years ago, and I stopped reading the comics about a year after.

Since this belongs elsewhere, I think I can derail it anyway. I grew up with VHS's last days (when it was finally good) and saw the last of the tape players in the car being standard. First system was an N64, but that doesn't mean I don't know my old school! I have an NES now.

And as for OT, I'm a mix of it. I think DE did (and will do in the future) the best with ANH out of the OT, the SE, and his. Especially how he made Han shoot first and removed Jabba.

OK, then. One last question (I realize this must be getting annoying but I want to make sure.)
If I get the VHS THX remasters, which are about the same as the LD if I'm not mistaken, can I download fan edits that use GOUT footage?

I'd love to have this; I just don't have DL discs, can't edit them to be SL *is damn near computer illiterate next to all you guys*, and don't have the 04 or 06 DVDs yet.
