That’s a guy who previously tried uploading Mike’s raw color sample images. So that might’ve been Mike’s raw Technicolor scan, somehow.

Again with no reference, this time I reused the same adjustment layers across all these Silver Screen Edition screenshots, Im aware it is probably too blue but I’d like to note the green uniforms, warm skin tones, the table is a satisfying black and the lights give a good glow on the uniforms.
Slightly different frame, but my take using the Silver Screen Edition and manual photoshop adjustment. I’ve got it so that the walls have a much greater blue tint and Tarkin’s uniform is green, whilst keeping a natural skin tone, no masking was done.
I used no reference apart from your comments, I felt DrDre’s results leave a yellow blotchiness to the faces which I disagree with.

Ive tried using tsMuxer to convert this to bluray format, ive used it loads of times before with other files and its perfect, but with Hal’s v4 trilogy it just produces a glitchy mess, has anyone else been successful, what did you use?

Im watching V4 currently with your commentary, im just wondering when you recorded it because alot of the commentary seems to be out of sync with the scenes on display, starting from the Jango v Obi Wan fight

You did pretty well with removing alot of the gags revolving around doing something repeatedly or waiting while nothing was happening, which I liked. I think some important things were cut also, such as Space Cop noticing the metal alloy, but I enjoyed
Just to say I used this Jedi Grindhouse, along with Star Wars Silver Screen Edition and Empire Despecialised 2.0, to show my girlfriend Star Wars for the first time! She really enjoyed them all and we had fun spotting the reel changes, thanks to everyone for releasing these versions!!
Also as far as the SE goes, the Jabba scene is an unnecessary addition to say the least, but I think the brief scene of Luke and Biggs reuniting on Yavin is a must. If only we could recover that scene in it’s entirety…

Its all there on the bluray, the same quality as TN1’s Silver Screen I’d say
Just finished downloading this, currently on a 0.587 ratio, the colours are amazing on this preservation, especially at the pit of karkoon, endor and skin tones. Even the image is sharper than the bluray in many scenes, and I’m not talking about the known out-of-focus mid section from the Bluray
Edit: Now watching the scene where the falcon and the other ships enter the Death Star 2 and the picture is so sharp!
I know that we don’t use Star Wars as a bastion of scientfic fact,
but Starkiller base is roughly smaller than our Moon, about 1900km diameter say. The star that the base collapses to at the end of the film is the same size.
Now our sun is one of the smallest main stage stars (i.e. having that yellow colour) that we are aware of, and are aware of being possible for that level of luminance and colour spectrum.
The diameter of our Sun is 1,392,000 km, and would have swallowed up the escaping ships before they could even think about jumping to hyperspace, but whatever…

I’d say bleeding from the original optical composite, maybe biased depending on whatever recovery was performed on the 35mm colours
I pulled this from a deleted scene on the Bluray so we can see how great Harmy’s colour correction is!

I know this should be in the Quality Control thread but please, what happened to 1:39:39-1:39:41! it looks very dark and murky compared to the Bluray; the Falcon sweeping past the blockade runner is my favourite shot.
