STAR WARS: EP V "REVISITED EDITION"ADYWAN - 12GB 1080p MP4 VERSION AVAILABLE NOW
Time

Amazing work, Adywan! I never expected any less. Worth the wait!!! I don’t have any complaints other than that my name is spelled wrong in the credits, but it’s not a big deal.

Going to have a small get-together tomorrow to screen ESB:R. It’ll be great to see what changes people notice.

5 days down, at most 25 more days left. Cannot wait for this edit

You’ve waited 9 years, surely you can wait a little longer.

I can,but whats the harm in having some sort of count down.

Because the guy doesn’t need the added pressure of a countdown, perhaps?

I’m a bit of a geek for all the miniature set shots and explanations from Weta and LucasArts so I hope Adywan includes some of these behind the scenes shots of his work in the special features. It’s a lot of work to record ones development of props but having had the pleasure of seeing what he’s developed it would be great to see the effort celebrated and credited. I don’t care too much for knowing how he does it, trade secrets etc but a photo series like the recent Wampa shots are really awesome.

Same here. I really hope there are some timelapse videos of model-building and assembly.

I show my wife the pics Ady posts on FB and she is always blown away… “This guy is just a fan doing this in his house?? Why doesn’t he work for Disney yet?!”

again i’m sorry 😦

Just take a deep breath. I’m sure that you mean well, but you’re clearly are on the autism spectrum and have trouble recognizing when you have crossed the line and upset/bothered people. The best thing you can do is just stop posting for awhile. Be like me, a big fan who is patient and quiet. Your patience will be rewarded. 😃

Right now, silence is the best way to say “sorry.” Continuing the discussion any further will only make things worse.

For the sake of keeping Adywan’s thread somewhat neat just please stop being a pest please.

you also started with me.why don’t you stop being a pest.you do this on here because you cant do it in real life.is your life so bad and your ego so small that you need to be rude on here and start crap with someone who never said one word to you?apparently you do.you did it because you’re a follower and a bandwagoner and need to feel part of a group because you have no life.either that or you’re just a troll.

It’s fascinating watching a future ban being born.

2 new pictures of the Millennium Falcon; The full scale set piece and the CG version.

http://www.comingsoon.net/movies/news/395547-new-photo-of-the-millennium-falcon-in-star-wars-the-force-awakens#/slide/1

I could be misreading it, but aren't both pictures of a CG Millenium Falcon?

Regarding the one where it looks like Iger is in front, here it reads:

Lucasfilm’s special effects division, Industrial Light & Magic (ILM), worked with Fortune to create both the cover and opening photograph in the story, an inside look at the innovative technologies used across Disney’s diverse businesses and brands. The collaboration started with our photo shoot with CEO Iger earlier this month in New York. The photos were then turned over to ILM to, well, work their magic. Not surprisingly, the secretive division was mum about the exact process for creating the realistic shot of Iger standing right on set, casually leaning against a chunk of metal (the image seen in the opening pages of the story).

Yeah, that's the way I read it too. Both shots are computer-generated.

It does look VERY real. Granted, as I understand it, it's a lot easier to render a photo-realistic static image than it is in motion.

so what i like the clone wars and all of star wars except the holiday special. you don't have to be jerky to me and you frank not answering my question telling me to look though this whole topic for my answer you couldn't (a)tell me have far back in the topic it is or (b) tell point black who he was. you don't have to be a jerk.

Someone else could probably explain better, and apologies if I'm mistaken, but as I remember it, Angel was (is) an attention-seeker who fancied himself the second-most important contributor to this thread because he's good with Photoshopping stills from the movie to illustrate his ideas for changes. He became bitter when adywan didn't bring him on board as a member of the Revisited team, began lashing out and criticizing the project, and eventually created sock accounts and then was banned. I guess he's doing his own edit now, but I think mostly he's just posting Photoshopped screenshots of his ideas on DeviantArt like he used to do here.
