Disc art is easy. Ady made his red Death Star art. Someone else (forget who) made a green Purist Edition version from that.
I took that to the extreme. Ready?
I loaded up Ady's disc art and isolated the SW logo. Then I loaded up the Purist Edition art and isolated that text. Both of those were put on separate layers.
Now, I just used the Hue and Brightness/Contrast controls to create a whole array of colors, both with and without the Purist Edition text. I also copied the SW logo and color shifted it between gold and silver. The reason for isolating the logo in the first place was because it ended up getting color shifted along with the main disc art, so now I had the logo in blue, green, purple and so on. That wouldn't work, so I had to isolate it first to keep it in the gold/silver range.
So between gold and silver logos, Purist or non, and 9 different main colors, I've got 36 different combinations to label discs I give to people.
For the record, between mailing them to people I know on other forums and some local friends, I must have given out at least a dozen copies of SW:R since its release.
