Look for an intact ISO. I had that problem at first, and I got my copy from RapidShare. WinRAR recognized the ISO as "un-zippable", so I unpacked it and burned the folders to a disc and had the same problem. When I used it properly, "Burn Image to Disc" in Nero, it worked fine.
Beat you to it, Rip.

I've cropped it out it will take a wee while to refresh ( I assume the request was posted while I was working on that mockup), shame to lose the refinery, it was one of SE additions I liked the most but as always it Ady's baby and Ady's call.
True, but I think part of the reason we're all here is to offer advice, opinions, alternate viewpoints and just bounce ideas off of each other to get to the best possible version of a particular fix for him to implement. I'm sure there have been, and will be, comments and photo mockups that make him think twice every now and then about what direction to go with a given change.
Check your PM's, man.
And if you buy the newly released individual package version of BTTF, it has a bonus disc that has that Leslie Neilsen footage and the entire BTTF Ride on it.
ErikStormtrooper has the Engli-Besh font - normal English characters drawn in AurekBesh style. Maybe that would be a good way to do the dialogue without resorting to subtitles?
You have to. I majored in film production in college and when doing any kind of film editing, if you don't back up and get the scene "up to speed", you can't tell if you made the right decision. If you just watch the one shot or cut, all you're judging is the shot itself.
Think of it as a gourmet meal - there are all kinds of ingredients and spices you can use. They all have their own unique flavor on their own but they don't all work well together.
Don't forget to insert a few minutes of black for the deletion of the Jabba scene.
So, is there going to be a standard DVD version of ESB:R as well as the AVCHD/Bluray? I haven't gotten around to making the BD plunge yet, and don't know that I will any time soon, and my minimal amount of gaming is all on the computer, so buying a PS3 is even more of a waste for me.

there will be no camera shake added for any of the AT-AT's falling
also i have had a few people asking me what format the 720p version of ESB:R will be. well it will only be 720p DL-AVCHD for PS3 & blu-ray players & possibly a mkv.
MKV=standard DVD, right?
And as far as camera shake, I see where Ady is going with this. Essentially, it should only be added if the "camera" was "attached" to the object that is shaking.

Lightsabers, hot chicks in their underwear, beer...
Been posted already in the General News section in better quality.
My apologies to Mr. Dangerous Incorporated, and to anyone else who has already seen this clip. It was recommended to me yesterday by a certain 'Captain Tightpants' you all may know (not that I'm boasting)... I only frequent this thread and don't look at any of the others, so thanks for pointing that out.
Saying that, I hope I'm hot enough to hold a lightsaber?

HO BOY! You are MORE than hot enough to hold a lightsaber! :-D :-D
The legs aren't that different, it's the head. The ESB one has a very sloped forehead, following the design of the AT-AT head, where the ROTJ one is more square.
Adywan whipped up color corrected versions of ANH and TESB. He said he won't get to ROTJ until ESB:R is out of the way, somewhere next year.
Note to George: Let the actors do their job.
Or didn't tell Lowry and hoped they wouldn't notice.
Or shouldn't it have logically been the other way around...have Lowry clean it first, then ILM would be able to do their coloring to a clean print?
I've suggested before that I'm sure plenty of UK based guys over at Starship Modeler would be more than happy to loan him their SW models but Ady wants to do everything himself.
He may have rendered it in lower quality to speed up processing time and YouTube's typical resolution. For a real project, there's probably a higher detail mode that would take longer to render but give better results.
Needs a more "western" font.
EyeShotFirst said:I have not seen adywans vid of the enhanced yoda and this thread has become to big to skim though the countless posts. But when luke is running and yoda is talking yoda basically looks like a backpack just no movement at all has anything been done to make yoda look more alive.
Hit the first post in the thread. Ady updates it with all links and pics every time he posts something along the way.
Firefox users have to use IE to get full value. With IE, you can move the ship profiles around to put one directly next to or on top of another to see how they compare point for point.
I've been on some boards where editing has a time limit, you can only edit your posts within X number of hours or days since it was posted. That might be a good compromise, rather than making it an "all or nothing" decision.
Ok, I went to burn these with ImgBurn tonight. Empire worked fine, but SW, when I went to select the MDS file, it gave me "invalid or unsupported image file format".
Any ideas?
I'm guessing the TOS E and Bird of Prey back cover images are placeholders, since he did say "so far", meaning the cover is still a work in progress.
