It only gets as far as Luke rescuing Leia from the detention cell. Then it has Obi-Wan doing the Rick Astley bit.

"Green Yonder" is also going to be on tonight 8-10 Eastern, so grab that all at once while you have the chance.
Not necessarily. Remember, they're on a video screen, not live in the room. Small areas of color get desaturated over transmission like that.
Have you been recording Futurama in its normal 1AM Eastern time slot? They've been running the movie episodes one a night instead of all 4 back to back the way they did earlier in the year. Don't know how long you'll have to wait for the cycle to come around to what you might have missed.
Family first, film second.
The release date was set as "eventually", so technically you're still on schedule. :-)
Ady - keep an eye on this site - http://www.retrokit.net/79.html - they have 1/72 scale Snowspeeder and Cloud Car kits in the works. No word on price but at that size, I'm guessing they'll be about the same as the Fine Molds kits run - $30US to $40US, whatever that works out to after conversion.
YES! Damn, how could I have forgotten her?

Very nice job on Yoda, Ady, but I think that when Yoda is trying to get the lamp back from R2, his brow should be furrowed, to show that he's struggling. I think that would be a nice touch, and would give more life to Yoda. Also, I agree with whoever said that Yoda's blink seems just a bit too smooth and slow.
Also, it seems that the food stick Yoda takes a bite out of is whole again when Luke inspects it and tosses it.
Brow furrow would be good.
As for the food stick, Yoda's got a small mouth...he couldn't have taken that much of a bite to start with.
And what about making it available somewhere for those of us that aren't into all this FaceSpaceMyBook crap?
In high school, I knew a girl who looked EXACTLY like Mia Sara looked at that same time, specifically from Ferris Bueller's Day Off.
Considering skyjedi is the one that started this thread, I'm surprised he didn't just take care of it all in one shot and post transcripts of all three films, plus Indy 4 just to be complete.
Life interferes, it happens.
Get your shit together in the real world first. We've waited this long, a little longer is no big deal at this point.
Vincent - I PM'ed you my email address.
Also, here's a quick-n-dirty edit of how to do the larger image with the frame. I just overlayed one on top of the other and cut out the parts I didn't need. Obviously you can do the proper version, this is just proof of concept.

Off topic, but amusing, I've seen you've joined the facebook group concerning me, Ady. Don't I look nice in drag? :P

3240 x 2175 @ 300dpi is what most people make covers at.

Hopefully this video will help settle things and you can see just how different the colouring looks on the video compared to the screenshots. (and no, you don't get to see the new wampa. lol)
YES! You restored the music sync when the saber hilt is inching its way out of the snow. That's one of those minor niggles that bothered me in the SE.
Bad helmet day.

I just watched "Labrynth" and the sequence where the puppet-monsters took off their heads. It was effects by ILM using men in black velvelt suits and old school double exposures and optical matting, but it got me thinking about Yoda.
Imagine for a moment, if in AOTC, instead of a CGI Yoda, we had a fully realized puppet capable of all sorts of amazing things the original puppet was not capable of, because ILM would digitally erase puppeteers from the frame!
Yoda could be simultaneously manipulated from below, above, and boths sides, allowing an unimaginable range of movement and expression for a puppet, while keeping that intrinsic heart and reality a puppet carries.
If only.
Actually, that was a British fx house. ILM just did the matte paintings for the film.
The name you're looking for is "Henson", as in Muppets.

In finding a screenshot to show that Angel's ray of light wouldn't be possible, I also was reminded of another one of my gripes.
While the cockpit keeps rocking back and forth at the same rate, the outside seems to cut suddenly from the top frame to the bottom, where it continues until it hits the water.
Fixing it could be as easy as fading from the top to the bottom frame really fast, or reconfiguring the scene as follows:
Luke starts the landing sequence, shot of R2, moved beginning of cockpit, Luke concerned, continuing cockpit shot to crash.
I'm sure Ady has already fixed it though. ;-)
Not to mention that the last shot is flipped.
You might have to do it in two steps - rip a copy of the disc to the HD then use the program to manipulate that.
How close is it now?

Agreed. That was the whole idea, the Empire is cold and lifeless. You're starting to discover how color affects mood and perception.

Next thing you know, LFL will be trademarking other words like 'Death', 'Star', 'Skywalker', and 'Luke'.
You forgot "galaxy", "battle", "space", "ship", "and", "of", and "the".
